Why go, and how to do it well
Come for discounted labels, not for a day out. This is an outlet mall on the Asia Highway at kilometer 5, out past Bang Pa-in, and it does exactly what outlet malls do, selling clothing, accessories and lifestyle brands at below shop prices, spread across enough units that you'll want decent shoes.
My advice is to treat it as an add-on. If you're already heading to Bang Pa-in Royal Palace, or driving in or out of Ayutthaya from Bangkok, it's an easy stop. If you're temple-hopping around the old city without your own wheels, I wouldn't bother making the trip specially. It's a highway location, so you're looking at a car, a taxi or a hired driver either way. Browsing is the point here. Go in with a rough list and you'll be out in an hour, or wander and lose two.
