Terra Villa Village, Hua Hin
Situated along Phet Kasem Road on the quieter southern end of Hua Hin, Terra Villa Village offers Bali-inspired private pool villas designed for travellers seeking more space and independence than a standard hotel room provides. The village layout appeals particularly to families and repeat visitors who appreciate having a kitchen for self-catering, a private pool for daytime use, and the flexibility that comes with villa-style accommodation. The surrounding neighbourhood is noted by guests as peaceful and safe, with the beach accessible within a short walk. The experience here suits longer stays and those looking to settle into a residential rhythm rather than a resort routine. Guests who return year after year highlight the kitchen facilities, pool access, and proximity to the south end of town as the main drawcards. That said, some visitors have reported inconsistency in service and villa condition, so it is worth researching specific villa units before booking, as quality and style can vary across the property. On the practical side, the reception office operates daily from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, so arrivals and queries outside these hours require advance coordination. Hua Hin is most pleasant to visit between November and February during the cool season, when temperatures are comfortable and rain is infrequent. Visiting the property website directly allows travellers to compare individual villa layouts and amenities, which is recommended given the variation between units.

Visitor Reviews
I am Staying in Hua Hin for 3 months and found this place after looking at a lot of options. I like the proximity to the south end of town because it is a little quieter. The beach is only a 5 minute scooter ride and many great restaurants. Terra Villas are very affordable and the villas are modest but spacious. Did I mention they also have security! Please take the time to meet Grape, a sales associate, she has been very helpful and accommodating to my needs!
This is a favorite of everyone in our family. We've stayed here year after year and it's perfect. We love having a kitchen to prepare meals. Spend all day at the beautiful pool before heading into town for dinner at one of the night markets. The property is quiet and clean and the staff are always willing to accommodate or answer any of your questions.
So here is my review, there's good things and then there's reasons why I would not be a repeat tenant. Great location and peaceful neighborhood, also very safe and quiet. The two bedroom villa is more than adequate even though it's dated and the property surrounding all of the units seems to be lacking its appeal from the initial era these were built, they claim to be private between villas when you're renting one of them with your own pool yet there is no privacy whatsoever between you and your neighbours. If the gardens were healthy and the bushes were thick as it seems in the advertising then yes there would be privacy but the gardens are lacking and the shrubbery is very sparse. Please be careful when it rains, one evening when I arrived Home walking up the front of the house to unlock the door for entry there was no chance for me to avoid falling on the smooth ceramic tile under my feet felt like there was butter on my shoes with no grip whatsoever I ended up shredding my toe and bled excessively and had to go to the hospital. Please let me also add in but I do not drink whatsoever so it was no fault of my own, the smooth tile is not something to be used outdoors It's more of an interior flooring, this tile is also used across the back patio and proved to be very dangerous when I was walking from the pool obviously in bare feet I did fall outside also but I at least didn't shred my toe again. The bed for the first week felt like I was sleeping on a cement block, I called the staff and asked them for options of a new mattress and I was provided with a cushion topper that was put on underneath the sheets, it's slightly improved the comfort but after several days it still felt so hard and my hips were in pain for the first few hours every day. The air conditioning worked really well, everything in the kitchen was fine and more than adequate, the bathroom ensuite from the master bedroom was quite large and no issues at all. There is a convenient laundry wreck attached to the back of the house which made very helpful for hanging to dry of clothes that I would wash for the time I was there. There's also an outdoor shower which is very convenient and the floor of the outdoor shower was properly outfitted so there was no issues with standing firmly on the ground. When it came time for checkout and there was a final inspection of the unit, the staff informed me that there was stains on the sheets and then I might have to purchase entire new bedding,. All the bedding is white and the stains from my view of them would look quite simply removed with a wash that has bleach added since everything is white, I am formed the staff that I was more than willing to pay for what couldn't be cleaned but did mention it seemed like a simple adding of bleach would correct the stains easily. I did receive an email and I was informed that it took the cleaning staff and extra amount of time so I was charged for extra cleaning, I said in response then I understood but I did mention it seemed soaking and bleach would have been the solution so how is it it took somebody's effort and why should I be paying. Of course that was added to my bill and there's no argument for me Just simply questions. So far I have been waiting for my final bill and to receive the remainder of my deposit back, it is now June 15th and I left on May 30th, it seems that the accounting department which has been referred to when I ask questions needs this long to refund my deposit and calculate my electricity and water bill for the time I was there, this does seem a little excessive and I'm trying to be patient but I don't agree that it takes such an extended period of time to calculate a bill and refund the deposit. Look around see what options you have if you're deciding to stay in Hua-Hin, Only the best pictures are used only are the best description is given. Careful how you walk when it rains and make sure you do your stretching in the morning so your body isn't sore for hours. If you want privacy in your backyard this definitely isn't the place.
