Central Ayutthaya
Ayutthaya's largest shopping centre provides a practical and comfortable contrast to the city's outdoor historical sites, drawing both locals and day-trippers from Bangkok with its multi-level mix of fashion, lifestyle stores, electronics retailers, and international brands. The fully air-conditioned complex offers genuine relief from the heat, making it a natural mid-tour stop for those spending the day at the nearby ruins and temples. The ground-floor food court is the standout feature for most visitors, serving a wide range of authentic Thai dishes at affordable prices — a popular lunch stop for guided day tours arriving from Bangkok. A Tops supermarket on the same level covers everyday essentials, while upper floors add further dining options and a cinema. The mall also hosts regular events and promotions, and the atmosphere picks up noticeably on evenings and weekends when Ayutthaya residents arrive in numbers. Weekday afternoons tend to be quieter and more relaxed. Good to know: Opening hours vary slightly across the week — the mall closes at 9 PM Sunday through Thursday and extends to 10 PM on Fridays and Saturdays. For day-trippers on a tight schedule, the ground-floor food court is easy to navigate quickly and well suited to a fast, affordable lunch without needing to explore the full mall.

Visitor Reviews
It is one of the great places to visit on the way to ayutthaya historical city. New and unique design. Have food stalls, shopping stores, washrooms, and movie theatre 🎦 You can get some traditional foods in there. But would like if they can increase those types of things rather than the modern things. Also, you can get some unique Thai food experience there. The sitting area needs to improve some of the dining food stalls. Other than that, this place is good for relaxing and chilling.
Great place to chill out and cool down from the heat outside. There is plenty of activities in the building and a huge variety of food on the top floor. Central Ayutthaya hosts a lot of events during the year. Many shops and all kind of services available here, electronics devices, home appliances, phone services, indoor playground for children, banks and many more.
Great Mall - ground floor plenty of F&B places serving fresh food - A Tops shop too for all other requirements- our conducted tours Lunch stop was here . Lots of shopping options too - more levels of shopping mainly. Clean & great ambiance

Haggle at Markets, Not Malls
Prices at market stalls are negotiable — start at 50–60% of the asking price and meet in the middle. Fixed-price shops and malls don't haggle. Smile and keep it friendly; aggressive bargaining is considered rude.
Arrive Early or Late
Vendors believe the first sale of the day is lucky — you'll often get a better deal if you arrive right when the market opens. Late in the evening, sellers may also discount to avoid packing unsold goods.
Be Cautious with Tailors
Bangkok has excellent tailors, but also many tourist traps. Avoid anyone offering suspiciously cheap suits or who approaches you on the street. Ask your hotel for recommendations, read reviews, and always get two fittings.
