TARA SAUNA
Tara Sauna is a renovated wellness facility in Muang Pattaya offering a full range of relaxation amenities under one roof, including hot saunas, steam baths, cold and hot plunge pools, and swimming. The complex caters to both Thai locals and foreign visitors, giving it an authentic, community-style atmosphere rather than a purely tourist-facing setup. Complimentary water and tea are included, and the facility is noted for its cleanliness, spacious layout, and friendly, hospitable staff. Visitors can expect a comfortable, no-frills wellness experience focused on genuine relaxation rather than luxury pampering. The sauna and bathing facilities are the main draw, and the venue also has food and drink options on site, making it easy to spend several hours without needing to leave. The space is described by visitors as well-maintained and reasonably priced for what is on offer, making it a practical choice for those looking to decompress after time spent in the city. Good to know: Tara Sauna is open every day from 10:00 to 21:00, so there is flexibility to visit at your own pace. Some amenities, such as the ice bath, have received mixed feedback regarding upkeep, so it is worth checking current conditions on arrival. For the latest pricing, services, and any updates, visit their Facebook page before heading over, as details are not listed elsewhere online.

Visitor Reviews
I visited Tara Sauna in Pattaya and had a very relaxing and positive experience. The place is clean, spacious, and well maintained, with a calm atmosphere that makes it easy to unwind. The sauna and steam room are both excellent, with strong, consistent heat, and the pool is perfect for cooling down between sessions. Everything feels well organized and comfortable. The price is very reasonable for what you get, especially compared to other wellness places in Pattaya. The staff are polite and respectful, and the overall environment is quiet and relaxing, even during busy hours. If you are looking for a good-quality sauna in Pattaya with great value for money, Tara Sauna is definitely worth a visit. Highly recommended.
Ditched the old sauna for a new sauna, glad I found this place, it's much better than the one I used to go to. The staff are great and hospitable, as well as very friendly. This makes visiting Tara sauna a pleasure. Hot sauna, hot pool, cold pool, swimming pool, steam room, all great!!
Sauna, swimming, steam bath, eating and drinking, from morning 10am to 9pm, the charges are not high, the service is very good, the facilities are complete, Thais and foreigners come here, and the atmosphere is very good, which is worth visiting.

Tips for Visiting Activities & Tours
Vet Elephant Sanctuaries
Only visit sanctuaries that prohibit riding, use no chains or bullhooks, and let elephants roam freely. Elephant Nature Park in Chiang Mai set the standard. If a place offers painting shows or circus tricks, walk away.
Book Through Klook or GetYourGuide
These platforms offer instant confirmation, free cancellation on most activities, and prices that are often lower than walk-up rates. Compare with local agencies for multi-day trips where negotiation might save more.
Do Outdoor Activities in the Morning
Heat and humidity peak from noon to 3 PM. Schedule jungle treks, cycling tours, and outdoor cooking classes for early morning. Water activities are more flexible since you're in and out of the sea.
