Hin Dat Hot Spring is a set of small natural hot pools in the forest of Thong Pha Phum district, beside a cold stream, so you can move between the warm water and the cool one. It lies on Highway 323 about 130 km and two hours or more northwest of Kanchanaburi town, beyond Hellfire Pass, which makes it a stop on a road trip up the province rather than a destination on its own.
It pairs naturally with Hellfire Pass and Sai Yok on the way out, or with a night up at Thong Pha Phum or Sangkhla Buri further on.
