CDR Adventure
CDR Adventure operates out of Saiyoke in Kanchanaburi province, offering guided outdoor experiences across some of the region's most varied terrain. The company runs jungle buggy tours through farms, forested hills, and challenging off-road landscapes, as well as personal guided mountain biking routes and multi-day kayaking expeditions along local waterways. The range of activities suits different group types, from couples seeking a focused half-day outing to families with young children looking for a manageable introduction to the area's natural environment. The operation is led by a hands-on team, with owner Dave frequently mentioned by visitors for his involvement in trip planning and on-the-ground guidance. Tours can be tailored in length and intensity, and some packages combine outdoor activities with lunch at a riverside homestay, adding a cultural dimension to the adventure. The professional and safety-conscious approach makes it a practical choice for travellers who want to move beyond standard tourist circuits without compromising on organisation or support. Good to know: CDR Adventure is open seven days a week from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, making it straightforward to fit into most itineraries. Booking in advance through cdradventure.com is recommended, particularly during the cool season from November to February when Kanchanaburi's outdoor conditions are at their most comfortable. Wear closed-toe shoes and lightweight clothing suitable for jungle terrain, and confirm the duration and difficulty level of your chosen activity when booking, as options range from one-hour family-friendly outings to multi-day expeditions.

Visitor Reviews
Exceptional experience! The owner and staff are all smiles and super professional. We did the awesome personal day package with the Jungle Buggy Tour, then Lunch at a beautiful homestay on the river (owner there was amazing too), then Shower and play with elephants, then float down the river on a raft! We ended up staying in town longer than expected because the owner gave us a great recommendation for a local homestay with "Grandma". I can't wait to go back for the many other peronalized adventure tours they have to offer. Thank you very much for the unforgetable experience!
Me and my wife Michelle enjoyed focussed and detailed support and route for a truly memorable morning of personal guided mountain biking. Dave and two of his team members made things perfectly off-road for different abilities and always safe. Highly recommended. Thanks for an amazing experience and super value for the quality of service. Alas, we were so immersed in the activity that we committed memories only to our minds, so no photos !!
Booked the 2 hour jungle and mountain adventure with 2 of the “comfy” buggies. The trip was exceptional! We went though challenging terrain at some points, farms, mountains and deep in the jungle. We had absolutely stunning views of everything. It was definitely an adrenaline rush! After the trip we were able to shower there and we were given towels. Great tour company and absolutely exceptional staff and machinery.

Tips for Visiting Activities & Tours
Vet Elephant Sanctuaries
Only visit sanctuaries that prohibit riding, use no chains or bullhooks, and let elephants roam freely. Elephant Nature Park in Chiang Mai set the standard. If a place offers painting shows or circus tricks, walk away.
Book Through Klook or GetYourGuide
These platforms offer instant confirmation, free cancellation on most activities, and prices that are often lower than walk-up rates. Compare with local agencies for multi-day trips where negotiation might save more.
Do Outdoor Activities in the Morning
Heat and humidity peak from noon to 3 PM. Schedule jungle treks, cycling tours, and outdoor cooking classes for early morning. Water activities are more flexible since you're in and out of the sea.
