Had an excellent lunch at My Chef’s House on the Dark Side and wanted to share. From start to finish the whole experience was superb. The host and the staff were genuinely lovely and made us feel very welcome. After the meal, Morton came over to talk to us and we had a great chat about the food, flavours and what makes this place special to me. For lunch I chose the ribeye, and it was as good as anything I’ve had in Pattaya. Perfectly cooked, beautifully seasoned, and full of flavour — exactly what you want from a great steak. My wife had the scallops and asparagus salad. She is not easily impressed (with falang food), yet she was absolutely over the moon with her dish. The scallops were delicate and tender, paired with fresh asparagus and greens that made for a wonderfully balanced plate. She loved every bite. The total came to 1,620 baht all-inclusive, with my wife having two fresh orange juices, and me enjoying a Coke and a Singha. This was our first visit and it certainly won’t be our last. Highly recommend My Chef’s House on the Dark Side if you’re looking for thoughtful, delicious lunch and warm hospitality. Photos below so you can see what we’re talking about. Complimentary bread with a dip come out first.

The atmosphere is relaxed but stylish, and the service is genuinely friendly and attentive. It’s one of those places where you instantly know: these guys love what they do. Definitely a top recommendation and already a candidate for the KOLBMASTER LIST. 😎 If you’re into great food and real craftsmanship – this spot is a must-try in Pattaya.
