Nowhere

The name tells you most of what you need to know about the attitude here. This is a small bar on Haad Rin 23, in the part of Koh Phangan that exists mostly to keep people drinking until sunrise, and it stays open around the clock, seven days a week. That's the whole pitch. If you've stumbled off the beach at 4am and want somewhere to sit down with a drink and talk to strangers, this is the kind of place that's still awake.

I'd treat it as a warm-up or a landing spot rather than a destination in itself. Haad Rin is walkable and packed with bars, so you'll pass a dozen on the way, and the ones with the loudest sound systems aren't always the ones you want at the end of the night. A quieter pub with people actually holding conversations has its uses. Around Full Moon, the whole strip fills up and the beach becomes hard work, so somewhere with a stool and a bit of shelter earns its keep.
