huahin view
Situated in the Hin Lek Fai area of Hua Hin, Hua Hin View is a gated residential development that attracts both expatriates and Thai residents seeking a calm retreat within easy reach of the city. The project is set in a low-traffic neighbourhood where clean air, pleasant surroundings, and a relaxed pace of life are the defining characteristics. Its proximity to Black Mountain Golf Course makes it particularly appealing to golf enthusiasts looking to stay or settle near the course. The development is an ongoing project, with new apartments continuing to be built alongside established residences. A small number of shops within the grounds provide basic conveniences, and the mixed community of locals and expats contributes to a welcoming, integrated atmosphere. Visitors and prospective residents consistently note the quiet streets and friendly neighbourhood feel as standout qualities. As a residential area rather than a conventional tourist attraction, Hua Hin View is best suited to those considering longer stays, property investment, or those who prefer to experience Hua Hin away from its busier coastal zones. It sits close enough to the city centre to access dining, markets, and the beach with ease, while offering a noticeably quieter environment. Those exploring the area are advised to visit during daylight hours to get a clear sense of the development and its surroundings.

Visitor Reviews
Nice development
Hua Hin View is a walled residential area. New apartments are still being built there. A cozy area where some Thais also live. There are two small shops in the area. It is close to a golf course and a water park, etc...
The right place for a quiet area not far from the city and closer to the "Black Mountain Golf Course". Recommended for those who are integrated in the Thai society or expats.
Tips for Visiting Activities & Tours
Vet Elephant Sanctuaries
Only visit sanctuaries that prohibit riding, use no chains or bullhooks, and let elephants roam freely. Elephant Nature Park in Chiang Mai set the standard. If a place offers painting shows or circus tricks, walk away.
Book Through Klook or GetYourGuide
These platforms offer instant confirmation, free cancellation on most activities, and prices that are often lower than walk-up rates. Compare with local agencies for multi-day trips where negotiation might save more.
Do Outdoor Activities in the Morning
Heat and humidity peak from noon to 3 PM. Schedule jungle treks, cycling tours, and outdoor cooking classes for early morning. Water activities are more flexible since you're in and out of the sea.
