Visitor Reviews
Our trip with Moong Tour was one of the highlights of our visit to Chiang Rai. Everything was well organized, punctual, and handled with great attention to detail — from pre-trip communication to the actual tour day. The guide took excellent care of us, explained everything clearly, and was very friendly. They even helped take beautiful photos throughout the day. The atmosphere was relaxed and enjoyable, never rushed. The vehicle was clean and comfortable, and lunch exceeded our expectations. You can truly feel that the team works with dedication and genuinely cares about their guests. This trip gave us wonderful memories. Highly recommended for anyone who wants a smooth, professional, and worthwhile experience in Chiang Rai! 😊
My tour with Sunny was absolutely incredible 👍🏼 He was so kind, incredibly informative and went above and beyond to ensure we had a variety of great experiences. It was a small group tour and the minivan was very comfortable. Here’s a big tip for future travelers: Many people probably found this through major travel booking sites, but if you book directly through the travel agency's contact via WhatsApp, it’s much cheaper. Plus, all entrance fees are included, so you don't have to worry about paying separately at each site so it was much more convenient. It’s been a few months since the tour, but I’m still thinking about what a great time I had, which is why I’m back here to leave this review. Highly recommended ❤️💙❤️
We had a wonderful experience with Moong Tour in Chiang Rai. The entire trip was very well organized, and everything went smoothly from pickup to drop-off. The guide was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable about each destination. We visited the White Temple, Black House Museum, and other beautiful attractions. The transportation was comfortable, lunch was delicious, and we felt well taken care of throughout the day. What impressed us most was the team’s excellent communication and genuine care for their guests. They were responsive, helpful, and made sure everyone was comfortable and happy. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Chiang Rai. We would definitely book with Moong Tour again!

Tips for Visiting Activities & Tours
Vet Elephant Sanctuaries
Only visit sanctuaries that prohibit riding, use no chains or bullhooks, and let elephants roam freely. Elephant Nature Park in Chiang Mai set the standard. If a place offers painting shows or circus tricks, walk away.
Book Through Klook or GetYourGuide
These platforms offer instant confirmation, free cancellation on most activities, and prices that are often lower than walk-up rates. Compare with local agencies for multi-day trips where negotiation might save more.
Do Outdoor Activities in the Morning
Heat and humidity peak from noon to 3 PM. Schedule jungle treks, cycling tours, and outdoor cooking classes for early morning. Water activities are more flexible since you're in and out of the sea.
