Most night markets in Thailand make you plan around them, saving themselves for Friday and Saturday. This one doesn't. Doors open at 2pm daily and stay open until 10pm, so if you've just rolled into Korat on a Tuesday and want somewhere to eat and wander, that decision is already made.
It's a proper local market rather than a tourist set piece. Clothes, shoes, phone cases, the everyday stuff people actually come for, and then rows of Thai street food stalls doing the familiar favorites at prices aimed at people on a Korat wage. Come at four or five if you'd rather browse in some space. Come at seven if you want the noise and the crowd, which is honestly the better version. Don't arrive expecting craft stalls or anything curated. That's not what this is.
It sits on Thanon Mittraphap, the main highway through town, and it covers real ground, so wear shoes you can walk in.
