Eighteen hours a day, seven days a week, is the real selling point here. This is the dining room of the Kantary Hotel on Thanon Mittraphap, and while that might not sound thrilling, it means you can get a proper sit-down breakfast at six in the morning before driving out to the Khmer ruins, or a late dinner after rolling into Korat on an evening bus. Plenty of the city's better kitchens shut long before that.
Prices sit in the mid-range bracket, which for a hotel restaurant is fair rather than cheap, and you're paying partly for air conditioning, a comfortable room and the certainty that it'll be open. Non-guests are welcome, so don't assume you need a room key. Use it as your reliable fallback rather than your one big night out in Korat. It's the place you go when you're tired, arriving late, or traveling with people who want something predictable.
