The Pavilions Phuket
Compare prices
Perched on a hillside in the Choeng Thale area of Thalang, The Pavilions Phuket is a boutique villa resort that trades on seclusion, style, and sweeping ocean views. Each villa is self-contained and generously appointed — guests report spacious layouts with private pools, soaking baths, and comfortable lounging areas that feel closer to a private residence than a standard hotel room. Terrace dining and a spa round out the on-site experience, making it well suited to those who want to stay close to the property and unwind at their own pace. The atmosphere leans toward calm and exclusivity rather than a busy resort scene. Reviewers consistently highlight the attentive, personalised service from staff, the quality of the villas themselves — described as spotless and accurately represented in photos — and the sunset views from the pool areas. Ocean view villas offer the most dramatic outlooks, while Spa Pavilion Villas appeal to those prioritising wellness. Complimentary espresso, water, and tea are included, and guests who book directly with the resort have reported receiving additional perks. Good to know: The Pavilions Phuket is open around the clock and suits couples and honeymooners particularly well given its intimate setting. Booking directly through the resort's website rather than third-party platforms appears to unlock better inclusions. The hilltop location means a car or resort transfer is advisable for reaching beaches and restaurants beyond the property.

The Pavilions Phuket – A Tranquil Hilltop Escape The Pavilions Phuket offers an exceptional blend of comfort, style, and attentive service, creating an atmosphere of calm and exclusivity. Perched on a quiet hillside overlooking the Andaman Sea, the resort provides a peaceful retreat away from the busier parts of Phuket while remaining just a short drive from beaches, shopping, and local dining. The rooms are beautifully designed — spacious, elegant, and well-equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The attention to detail is evident throughout, from the quality of the bedding to the thoughtful touches that make guests feel welcome. Dining is a particular highlight. Breakfast each morning offers a wide selection of fresh and flavorful options, while 360 Bar delivers an unforgettable sunset experience with panoramic views and expertly crafted cocktails. Service across the resort is consistently excellent — warm, genuine, and highly professional. Overall, The Pavilions Phuket is a refined and tranquil destination that combines understated luxury with exceptional hospitality — a perfect choice for travelers seeking a serene, high-quality experience in Phuket.
This resort is like a little slice of peace and paradise hidden away in Phuket. Our room was basically a 2 person flat with a fantastic bath, super cozy couch (perfect for a movie night) and tons of space. The only problems were that the air con was too cold, the light switches were a bit hard to navigate sometimes, and that we had two twin beds, but plenty of space for bigger beds which wouldve been more comfortable. That being said, the service was amazing. The breakfast buffet was a highlight for us, and the thai food was great too. Manny and Poonang were so helpful and kind, even booking us a taxi on their own phone to help us get to the old town. Would absolutely stay again.
We stayed nine nights in a Spa Pavilion Villa and honestly loved everything about it. The villa was spacious, spotless and even nicer than in the photos. I got engaged here and the team (especially Ben!) helped me organise a private dinner by the water that turned out absolutely perfect. Everyone was friendly and easy to talk to, and the whole place had such a calm, White Lotus kind of vibe. Great cocktails at 360 Bar too - we’ll definitely be back.

Pool Villa Doesn't Mean Expensive
