Kombat Group is the all-inclusive model of a Thai training camp: a walled compound in east Pattaya where accommodation, meals, and Muay Thai, boxing, MMA and fitness classes are bundled into weekly packages, with structured programs for the guests the fight-camp world usually ignores — complete beginners, people training for weight loss, and travellers who want a health reset with coaching rather than a fighter's regimen. The gym still trains and corners fighters, and its Thai and Western coaching team runs proper technical sessions, but the camp's real skill is meeting people where they are and building them up over a two-to-eight-week stay. Days are structured but adjustable: group Muay Thai or boxing morning and afternoon, strength and conditioning between, a pool for recovery, and kitchen-prepared meals aligned to whatever goal you arrived with. Because everything happens inside the compound, it suits first-time solo visitors to Thailand who want the decisions made for them.
