Dhyana Spa Pattaya

5.0(308 reviews)

Tucked away in the quieter Na Jomtien district south of central Pattaya, this day spa has built a strong reputation for professional, personalised treatments in a calm and unhurried setting. Specialising in traditional Thai massage, deep tissue work, aromatherapy, and signature body scrubs, the spa draws repeat visitors who appreciate the attentive service and consistently well-executed techniques. The therapists are frequently praised by name in visitor reviews, suggesting a level of care and individual attention that sets the experience apart from more transactional spa visits. The atmosphere leans toward genuine relaxation rather than resort-style spectacle. Treatment rooms are kept clean, oils are chosen with care, and therapists take note of pressure preferences and problem areas. Visitors report falling asleep mid-session, which speaks to both the skill of the staff and the overall sense of ease the space creates. Sessions are available in various lengths, with 90-minute bookings being a popular choice. Good to know: The spa is open every day of the week from 10:00am to 7:00pm, so scheduling around other plans in Pattaya is straightforward. Na Jomtien sits a short drive south of the main tourist strip, so those staying in central Pattaya or Jomtien proper should factor in travel time. Checking the website at anaanan.com before visiting is worthwhile for current treatment menus and pricing, and contacting ahead to request a specific therapist or treatment type is a reasonable step given the personalised nature of the service here.

Lovely aromatherapy massage by Dada! I asked for medium pressure and it was perfect for me 🥰 She did amazing work on my back and shoulders like I wanted. My legs didn't hurt during the massage (some other salons will press my legs too much) so she did a very good job! The massage room was also nice with very soft sheet underneath and good music for a relaxing time! Thank you Dada 💕

Great spa service in Pattaya that worth the visit! I had the signature body scrub and oil massage with a staff named ‘Dada’. It was a very relaxing and I enjoyed the experience very much. Recommend to book in advanced on the weekends.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience. The massage was exceptional — truly professional, perfectly balanced pressure, and incredibly relaxing from start to finish. Khun Pluem give me a professional massage. Thanks🙏🏻

Tips for Visiting Wellness & Spas

Learn Wat Pho First

Wat Pho in Bangkok is the birthplace of traditional Thai massage education. Their on-site massage pavilion offers excellent treatments from students and graduates at reasonable prices — and you know the technique is authentic.

Communicate Pressure Preferences

Thai massage can be intense. Say 'bao bao' for lighter pressure or 'nак nак' for harder. A good therapist will check in, but don't hesitate to speak up — suffering in silence defeats the purpose.

Book Longer Sessions

A 60-minute massage is fine, but 90 or 120 minutes allows the therapist to work thoroughly. The price difference is often only 200–400 THB for an extra hour — worth it for a deeper, more relaxing experience.
