The Chilled Shopping Mall
A convenient all-in-one shopping centre serving the Nongprue area of Pattaya, this neighbourhood mall brings together a solid mix of everyday essentials and leisure options under one air-conditioned roof. Anchor tenants include a Tops supermarket stocking groceries and imported goods, a Watsons pharmacy, KFC, and a gym, alongside a variety of independent clothing stalls and specialty retailers — including a well-regarded phone vendor on the main floor. A coffee shop and children's ride-on carts upstairs make it a practical stop for families as well as solo travellers looking to restock or cool off. The building has a functional, neighbourhood mall feel rather than a polished retail experience, and some areas show their age, but the space is clean, well-organised, and easy to navigate. It suits travellers wanting to pick up supplies, browse affordable clothing, or simply take a break from the heat. Bear in mind that imported goods at the Tops supermarket tend to carry higher price tags than locally sourced alternatives. Good to know: The mall opens at 8am every day of the week and closes at 10pm, making it one of the more flexible shopping options in the area for early risers or those with busy daytime schedules. Weekday mornings are the quietest time to visit, while weekends draw larger local crowds. Casual clothing is all that is needed, and the central Pattaya location keeps it easily reachable from most accommodation in the area.

Visitor Reviews
Easy place to spend a few hours in air-conditioned comfort. Awesome little carts for kids to ride upstairs. Excellent phone vendor in the center and the ladies with the clothes are lovely.
A one stop shop for anyone near the Nongprue Sub-District. Has a gym, TOPS food mart, Watson pharmacy, KFC and a variety of shops. Highly recommended.
Nice modern shopping center. Tops is like a tesco back home. Its pretty expensive as most stuff is imported

Tips for Visiting Markets & Shopping
Haggle at Markets, Not Malls
Prices at market stalls are negotiable — start at 50–60% of the asking price and meet in the middle. Fixed-price shops and malls don't haggle. Smile and keep it friendly; aggressive bargaining is considered rude.
Arrive Early or Late
Vendors believe the first sale of the day is lucky — you'll often get a better deal if you arrive right when the market opens. Late in the evening, sellers may also discount to avoid packing unsold goods.
Be Cautious with Tailors
Bangkok has excellent tailors, but also many tourist traps. Avoid anyone offering suspiciously cheap suits or who approaches you on the street. Ask your hotel for recommendations, read reviews, and always get two fittings.
