The Chilled Shopping Mall
A convenient, all-under-one-roof shopping centre serving both visitors and residents in the Nongprue area of Pattaya, The Chilled Shopping Mall brings together a practical mix of everyday essentials and leisure options. Anchor tenants include a Tops supermarket for groceries and imported goods, a Watsons pharmacy, KFC, and a gym, alongside a variety of independent clothing stalls and specialty retailers. A coffee shop and children's ride-on carts upstairs add to its appeal as a casual, family-friendly destination. The building has a functional, neighbourhood mall feel rather than a high-end retail experience, and some areas show signs of age, but it remains clean, well-organised, and easy to navigate. It suits travellers looking to stock up on supplies, browse affordable clothing, or simply escape the heat for a few hours in air-conditioned surroundings. Note that imported goods at the Tops supermarket tend to be priced higher than local alternatives. Good to know: The mall opens at 8am every day of the week and closes at 10pm, making it one of the more flexible shopping options in the area for early risers or those with packed daytime schedules. Weekday mornings are the quietest time to visit, while weekends draw larger local crowds. Comfortable, casual clothing is all that is needed, and the central Pattaya location makes it easily reachable from most accommodation in the area.

Visitor Reviews
Easy place to spend a few hours in air-conditioned comfort. Awesome little carts for kids to ride upstairs. Excellent phone vendor in the center and the ladies with the clothes are lovely.
A one stop shop for anyone near the Nongprue Sub-District. Has a gym, TOPS food mart, Watson pharmacy, KFC and a variety of shops. Highly recommended.
Nice modern shopping center. Tops is like a tesco back home. Its pretty expensive as most stuff is imported

Haggle at Markets, Not Malls
Prices at market stalls are negotiable — start at 50–60% of the asking price and meet in the middle. Fixed-price shops and malls don't haggle. Smile and keep it friendly; aggressive bargaining is considered rude.
Arrive Early or Late
Vendors believe the first sale of the day is lucky — you'll often get a better deal if you arrive right when the market opens. Late in the evening, sellers may also discount to avoid packing unsold goods.
Be Cautious with Tailors
Bangkok has excellent tailors, but also many tourist traps. Avoid anyone offering suspiciously cheap suits or who approaches you on the street. Ask your hotel for recommendations, read reviews, and always get two fittings.
