Not very big has a baby pool and a big slider pool with some seating areas around if its busy you have to wait for a free table but overall its alright👍
Verry good
I don't want to give it even one star. A water park with no lifeguards. Everyone's on their own; anyone can walk in and play because there are no wristbands or anything identifying them. The big pool has three tall slides that you play on your own, with no rules or supervision. As for food, we waited an hour and 15 minutes for our food, and only received one glass of water just before leaving. I was furious; they didn't even bring a single drop of water beforehand. We kept asking for it. Our tables were covered in trash, and they didn't clean it up after people left. Flies were swarming. There was only one employee, who was incredibly overwhelmed, cleaning tables and chairs and watching people in the pools. They said all the staff had gone home for the holidays. And this is a festival!!? They let people go on leave and didn't find replacements? That's the ultimate management failure. Each department seems to be at odds; if you ask something and they don't know, they have to ask someone else, passing the buck. If you're not ready to provide good service, just close down! I want to understand, but I don't know what to understand because we haven't even heard an apology. It's unbelievable how this place has lasted this long. We're so lucky!
