Aonang Princeville
Aonang Princeville is an upscale resort situated in the heart of Ao Nang, placing guests within easy reach of the area's beaches, restaurants, and boat piers. The property features a lagoon-style pool, a full-service spa, and both a Halal restaurant and a café, making it a particularly practical choice for Muslim travellers. Accommodation ranges from standard rooms to private pool villas, with some units positioned at the top of the property offering standout views and added privacy.
Guests generally find the rooms comfortable and well-maintained, and the resort's central location is a consistent highlight. Families travelling with children are accommodated, with connecting room arrangements available on request. The complimentary breakfast included in some bookings has received mixed feedback, with a number of guests noting the selection is limited, so those with varied dietary preferences may want to factor in nearby dining options.
Visitors booking through third-party platforms such as Agoda should note that a refundable cash deposit is typically collected at check-in. Given the resort's popularity and limited villa availability, booking well in advance is advisable, particularly for families or groups seeking upgraded accommodation. The property operates around the clock, making late arrivals straightforward.

Great location and well maintain property. Easy check in process we request for connecting room and get upgrade to get extra 1 single bed room+ queen bed. They took 2000 thb deposit and kids breakfast need to include. All was great no issues. Free bicycle available really appreciate it. Food at the restaurant and cafe delicious and worth trying, breakfast spread was nice with adequate line of choice. The pool and jacuzzi is clean daily from leaves and great for swimming. The gems are their staff all good looking and soft spoken really helpful and welcoming. We also got free christmas freebies in front of the room and every Wednesday and Saturday they provide free running coffee and drinks with cakes for evening tea. Worth every penny Night and day view was mesmering Location near to 7e and food attraction Taxi boat to island hoping nearby if you dont want to swim at aonang beach which is busy with boat taxi See you again Aonang Princeville❤️
I just got back from the resort.Stayed for 5days.Prime location / beautiful hotel and rooms was so comfortable. Facilities was good. Complimentary breakfast given but choice food is so limited almost the same food everyday . Front Desk staff still need to be trained to be polite. I noticed all of them was rude poor on finding solutions for guest needs and expectation. Not being helpfull, almost everyone having a attitude issue .Need to learn to extramile for a guest to finding and resolve the issue besides being rude to the guest. That is biggest turn of during my stay in the hotel. Having good facitilies and well maintain hotel is pointless when your front linear doest not know how to carry your hotel brand.
We stayed at Aonang Princeville last week as a family, and unfortunately our experience didn’t match what we expected from a 5-star hotel. We booked a room for 3 adults and 1 child, but when we arrived, the room had only one king-size bed, one single bed, and one sofa bed, which we assumed was meant for the child. However, there was no pillow or blanket provided for it. When we asked for a pillow and blanket for our child, we were told there would be an extra charge of 1,000 THB per night. When we said this was too much, suddenly the price dropped to 300 THB per night. We had no choice but to accept, because of course our child needed a blanket to sleep. The whole situation felt very frustrating, and honestly it seemed like they knew we had no choice but to agree. For a 5-star hotel, this kind of behaviour felt unnecessarily cheap and unprofessional. The cleanliness was also disappointing. I would honestly rate it 2/5 for a 5-star property. The towels were extremely worn out—some even had holes and tears. The washroom had very low water pressure, making it difficult to shower, and I even found a cockroach inside. When we requested an extra towel because only three were provided, the staff was hesitant and only allowed one extra towel. There were no vanity kits, no toothbrushes, no basic amenities near the sink, which is something you would normally expect in a 5-star hotel. For the price charged, the service and quality simply did not match. The positive side is the location—very central, close to nightlife, and overall Krabi is a lovely place. But for the price, the experience was not worth it, and I believe there are many other hotels in the area that provide better service without acting like every basic request is an extra charge.

Tips for Visiting Temples & Culture
Dress Modestly
Cover shoulders and knees at all temples. Carry a light scarf or sarong — some temples lend wraps, but not all. Shoes come off before entering any building with a Buddha image.
Mind Your Feet
Never point your feet at a Buddha image or a monk — it's considered deeply disrespectful. When sitting inside a temple, tuck your feet behind you or to the side.
Ask Before Photographing
Exterior photos are almost always fine, but some interior halls prohibit photography. Look for signs, and never pose irreverently with Buddha images — it's a legal offense in Thailand.
