STONE Craft Cafe
STONE Craft Cafe occupies an interesting niche in Pattaya's dining scene, functioning as both a specialty coffee destination and a sit-down restaurant with a genuine focus on quality ingredients. The standout detail praised by visitors is the use of beef tallow in cooking — the beef tallow fried rice in particular draws strong recommendations — alongside steaks and handcrafted beverages. The combination of a cafe atmosphere with serious food credentials makes it a distinctive stop for travellers looking for something beyond the typical beachfront dining options. Visitors consistently highlight the warmth of the staff as a defining part of the experience, with service described as attentive and genuinely friendly. The space leans into contemporary cafe culture with an emphasis on presentation, and the food menu complements the coffee and drink offerings well. One reviewer notes a weed shop operates next door, which may produce noticeable odours depending on conditions — worth being aware of before visiting. The cafe keeps consistent hours every day of the week, opening at 9am and closing at 9pm, which gives flexibility for breakfast, a midday meal, or an afternoon coffee stop. Those considering delivery should note that dine-in appears to deliver a more complete experience based on visitor feedback. The cafe maintains an active Instagram presence where current menu details and any specials can be checked ahead of a visit.

Visitor Reviews
This is one of the places that deserves a perfect review—the person who served us was probably one of the kindest we have ever seen. The food is delicious, and the prices are amazing.
Great vibes, food was delicious, it’s great to find a place that uses beef tallow for their cooking, the fried rice in beef tallow was amazing, I highly recommend the place and the steak was great. The staff are friendly and I will definitely come back. As a big steak eater from Australia I can suggest their steak can match us back home. Give this place a try and you’ll be back for more. They have PlayStation 5, pool table, coffee, alcohol and a tattoo artist who does all the paintings in the cafe.
We came to this restaurant based on someone’s recommendation. The presentation was great, and everything was very tasty. However, there was one downside for us — a weed shop next door had a strong smell coming from it. Some people might actually enjoy it 😀, but for us it was a minus, so we probably wouldn’t come back because of this. We really enjoyed the food, but many menu items were not available, and they also didn’t have the craft beer I came for.

Tips for Visiting Restaurants & Food
Learn the Spice Scale
Say 'mai pet' for no spice, 'pet nit noi' for a little spice, or 'pet mak' if you want it Thai-hot. Most cooks will default to a toned-down version for foreigners unless you specify otherwise.
Follow the Crowds
The busiest street stalls are almost always the best — high turnover means fresh ingredients and a recipe that locals vouch for. An empty restaurant at dinner time is a red flag.
Ice Is Safe
Factory-made tube or cylinder ice (used in virtually all restaurants and stalls) is made from purified water and is safe to consume. You don't need to skip the iced Thai tea.
