Central Ladprao
Located along Phahon Yothin Road in the Chatuchak district, Central Ladprao is a large, established shopping mall that draws both locals and visitors with its broad mix of retail stores, restaurants, cafes, and a well-stocked supermarket. The mall is consistently noted for being clean, spacious, and easy to navigate, with a wide range of shops spread across multiple floors catering to everyday needs and leisure shopping alike. The ground floor is home to the main food court, which is a highlight in its own right, offering a strong variety of casual dining options at accessible price points. The mall connects directly to the Centara Hotel and sits within easy reach of both MRT and BTS transit lines, making it a convenient stop whether visitors are passing through or planning a dedicated shopping trip. Seasonal events and celebrations, such as Lunar New Year, are occasionally held within the mall, adding a lively atmosphere at certain times of year. Good to know: Central Ladprao is open every day from 10:00 to 22:00, so there is no need to plan around varying weekly hours. Those arriving by public transport will find the MRT connection particularly straightforward, with motorbike taxi drop-off also available at the entrance. The mall tends to be quieter on weekday mornings, making that the better time to visit for those who prefer a more relaxed experience.

Visitor Reviews
One of my favourite shopping malls in Bangkok. It's very huge, super clean (like the majority of malls) and with a vast majority of shops and restaurants. Though it's not located in downtown Bangkok, it's still very easy to reach using BTS. Central Ladprao has a direct connection from the BTS station "Ha Yaek Lat Phrao". We liked the mall as there weren't many tourists around. Lots of locals enjoying their time there, browsing around and having good food. At the lowest floor, there are nice little food stalls and a supermarket. Then there are also lots of clothing stores and lots of places where you get glasses. On the top floor, there's a huge cinema as well. You can surely spend a lot of time in Central Ladprao, but I'd recommend you to combine a visit to this mall with a visit to Union Mall as well. It's closed by and can be reached from the BTS station by Skywalk. Union Mall has a totally different vibe, more rustic and definitely cheaper for shopping ;)
Central Ladprao is a great place for shopping and dining. The mall is spacious, clean, and well-organized with a wide variety of shops, restaurants, and cafes. It’s very convenient to access and has everything you need in one place. The atmosphere is lively but comfortable, making it a perfect spot to spend time with family or friends. Highly recommended!
Huge mall, many choices to shopping. Ground floor is main food courts. Another floor you can browse for shopping. Everything you can find and buy, fantastic shopping experience

Tips for Visiting Markets & Shopping
Haggle at Markets, Not Malls
Prices at market stalls are negotiable — start at 50–60% of the asking price and meet in the middle. Fixed-price shops and malls don't haggle. Smile and keep it friendly; aggressive bargaining is considered rude.
Arrive Early or Late
Vendors believe the first sale of the day is lucky — you'll often get a better deal if you arrive right when the market opens. Late in the evening, sellers may also discount to avoid packing unsold goods.
Be Cautious with Tailors
Bangkok has excellent tailors, but also many tourist traps. Avoid anyone offering suspiciously cheap suits or who approaches you on the street. Ask your hotel for recommendations, read reviews, and always get two fittings.
