The Heart of Pai Resort
Compare prices
Tucked along Rangsiyanon Road in the Wiang Tai area, this straightforward hotel offers solid value for travellers using Pai as a base for exploring the region. Rooms are clean and well-maintained, with air conditioning, quality linens, ample bathroom amenities including slippers and soap, and two complimentary bottles of water provided daily. The property also offers free parking directly beside each room block, making it a practical choice for those arriving by scooter or car after the winding mountain drive into town. The location is one of the property's strongest assets, placing guests within easy walking distance of Pai's Walking Street and the broader town centre. Amenities are deliberately simple — there is no pool, and facilities are limited to a reception area with complimentary morning coffee and laundry service — so travellers seeking a resort-style experience may want to look elsewhere. For those who simply need a comfortable, affordable base, the property delivers reliably on the essentials. One practical consideration worth noting: a restaurant with live music operates in front of the building and has been known to play until late in the evening, which may affect lighter sleepers. Guests who are sensitive to noise are advised to enquire about room placement at check-in or plan accordingly. Booking in advance is recommended during Pai's busy cool-season months between November and February, when the town sees its highest visitor numbers.

Visitor Reviews
Would give this place a 5 star, but somehow having a restaurant with a live band right in front the building blasting music until late at night takes away from the good night's rest you could get here. Whoever's idea it was to put a loud bar next to some nice hotels is beyond comprehension. Rooms are nice and clean, location is great minus the above. All in all good value! If you can tolerate the loud music and don't mind waiting, it's worth the money, if you're planning to go to bed early and get up early, look elsewhere! The video below was taken at 23h30 (11h30 pm)
Fantastic value! Great location! Spotlessly clean, with a seriously big room and bathroom, massive bed, quality linens and towels. Easy walking distance to Walking Street. But wait there's more! Own balcony area, great lighting and furniture, and lovely modern buildings makes this hospitality experience complete!
A nice clean well maintained hotel not far from central Pai at a very reasonable price. There is plenty of parking near each room. The rooms have nice amenities and every thing worked.
