Singharaj Boutique Hotel (สิงหราชบูทีค โฮเต็ล)
Singharaj Boutique Hotel sits on Singharat Road within the Si Phum area of Chiang Mai's Old City, placing guests within easy reach of the historic moat, temples, night markets, and local dining. The property operates on a smaller, more intimate scale than chain hotels, and reviewers consistently highlight the cleanliness of rooms, comfortable beds, and a well-maintained swimming pool as standout features. Rooms come equipped with a large refrigerator, coffee and tea-making facilities, bathrobes, and toiletries, with complimentary water bottles replenished daily. Guest experiences vary somewhat. Several visitors rate the property alongside four and five-star hotels for cleanliness and staff attentiveness, and ground-floor rooms offer the added benefit of direct private access to the pool area. At least one reviewer, however, found the room smaller than expected and felt the boutique description did not match the reality on the ground, so prospective guests may want to review room photos carefully before booking. Good to know: the hotel's location in a quieter residential pocket of the Old City makes it a calmer base compared to more commercially busy parts of Chiang Mai, while still keeping major attractions close. Book directly through singharajboutiquehotel.com to confirm current room types, availability, and any promotions, as room size and configuration can vary across the property.

Visitor Reviews
Finally stayed at a place that actually feels like a proper hotel—really pleased with this one! I was on the ground floor, which has a huge perk: a private door straight out to the swimming pool—super convenient for quick dips. (Downside: occasional small bugs sneak in even with doors/windows closed, as expected with pool access.) The room was well-equipped: strong WiFi, plenty of outlets and light switches right by the bed, complimentary bottled water, shampoo, shower gel, toothbrush, and more. Bed was comfy and everything felt clean. Location is excellent—smack in the center of the old town, easy walking distance to everything. A couple of minor notes: it's a wet-room style shower (whole bathroom floor gets wet, including the bath mat), the water heater struggled a bit in cooler weather (water was only lukewarm at night), and like most places in Thailand, toilet paper goes in the bin, not the toilet. Overall, great value and comfort for the price. Would definitely stay again—highly recommend if you want convenience and that real hotel vibe!
We stayed three nights here ! We like the place. We love the bed firmness. Its clean . Has coffee tea making facilities, a big fridge, towel, bath robes, and toiletries. Clean room no complain! We had to walk 3 flights up ( but its not a problem for us) Has a pool but never get to go for a dip. Located 5 minutes walk from the Sunday evening night market. Has got many eateries, shops, nearby. Very convenient. O, the receptionist can speak English. So that a plus point. They helped us to book our day tour at 10pm for the next day and also assist us with booking for a driver to airport and also half day tour to Mae Rim. Strongly recommended !
This place is the best! We’ve stayed in 4 and 5 star hotels in Phuket and Koh Lanta and this place is at least just as clean and put together if not more so than the best of them. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Huge shoutout to ‘O’ for making our stay amazing. The location is awesome, everything’s awesome. 100% recommend - it looks just as nice as the pictures :)
