Be Phrasingh Hotel
Positioned in the heart of Chiang Mai's Old City, Be Phrasingh Hotel sits on a quiet soi in the Si Phum neighbourhood, placing guests within easy walking distance of Wat Phrasingh and the walled city's network of temples, lanes, and traditional markets. The location strikes a balance that suits many travellers: central enough to explore on foot, yet away from the busier streets that generate noise at night. Rooms are modern and well-maintained, with guests noting generous sizing in some room types and a clean, pleasant atmosphere throughout the property. The hotel is particularly attentive to special occasions — staff have been noted for arranging thoughtful touches such as flowers and personalised decorations for anniversaries and celebrations, reflecting a level of personal service that goes beyond standard check-in hospitality. Note that breakfast is not included, though Chiang Mai's Old City offers abundant options for morning meals within a short walk. For the best experience, visit between November and February when cooler temperatures make temple-hopping and market browsing far more comfortable. Booking directly through the hotel's website at bephrasinghhotel.com is recommended to confirm current rates and room availability, as pricing varies by season. The surrounding neighbourhood is walkable for most Old City sights, but local songthaews (shared red taxis) or scooter rentals are practical options for reaching further destinations such as Doi Suthep or outlying elephant sanctuaries.

Visitor Reviews
The hotel was very good. If you’re looking for something somewhat central and close to the Old Town but away from the noise, it’s a great option to stay. The rooms weren’t huge, but there was enough space and they were always kept very clean. Something I really appreciated was that they gave us a fresh bottle of water every day—which is definitely needed in that heat. To get to the hotel, you have to go through a somewhat quiet and dark alley at night, but nothing ever happened to us. As I said before, if you’re looking for a peaceful option not too far from the Old Town and the airport, this is a great choice.
We have a really nice stay here, the receptionist Pleng was really helpful and sweet! The day we arrived was our anniversary day, and she does a nice arrangements with roses and cookies on the bed!☺️ The location is really good, the pool is small but good for hot days! The hotel is clean and the rooftop is good for spend time, also the wi-fi is excellent for work. I liked this location because you feel safe in every time of the day for walking. You have a 7/11 near and a lot of restaurants walking 10 minutes! Also you can go walking to night market from here 6 minutes and 20 minutes!
I’ve stayed in Be Phrasingh hotel for 4 days. The room is decent and well maintained. It’s convenient to walk around the city from the hotel, especially the proximity to the temples are great! The hotel meets the expectations for a budget friendly visit to Chiang Mai. They take the deposit only in cash (at least this is what I was told), so it’s important to bring some cash
