A Day Villa Chiangmai
Tucked into the SriPhum neighbourhood along Wiang Kaew Road, A Day Villa Chiangmai operates as a small inn with a distinctly homely atmosphere. Its central location makes it a practical base for exploring Chiang Mai, and the property welcomes guests travelling with small dogs, making it a thoughtful choice for pet owners. The warm, attentive reception staff are consistently highlighted by visitors, with several describing the property as a genuine home away from home. Rooms are described as basic but tidy and comfortable, with an emphasis on cleanliness. The breakfast offering is a notable draw, featuring typical Thai dishes alongside fresh fruit each morning — a detail that resonates with guests who appreciate a proper bed-and-breakfast experience rather than an anonymous hotel stay. Common areas are functional, though some guests have noted they are a little dated; ongoing maintenance work suggests the property is actively being maintained and improved. Guests should be aware that the property sits in an area that can carry some ambient noise, though reviewers note that quieter sleeping hours are respected. Those requiring laundry services will be pleased to know the property can arrange this on request. Given the inn's small size and consistently positive reputation, booking in advance is advisable, particularly during Chiang Mai's peak tourist season between November and February.

Visitor Reviews
This place was perfect & a home away from home. The reception was very kind & warm & were so welcoming. Appreciate how the host would check in with me as well. The beds were comfy and I had a beautiful balcony that I could lounge at during my stay. There is also a swimming pool and bikes that you can use. The location is very convenient, it’s near all the good restaurants and attractions. There’s a gym next door where you can hear muay thai training, some people may not like it, but since I like muay thai myself, it wasn’t a problem to me at all. There is a shared fridge where you can keep your food and get more water too & coffee downstairs. I really loved it here & I think I spent more time here than the attractions in Chiang Mai. it also feels safe, because there is a passcode to get into the house. My fave accomodation!!
Small but very tidy and comfortable hotel. We spent a week there and were treated very well. They serve typical Thai food for breakfast and it also tastes really good! They can intermediate laundry services if you need. We paid 350bht for two bags of clothes with pickup and delivery. They also offer bikes to explore the city and big umbrellas for free. And Queen is very nice and attentive! I found the location good. Very close to the main attractions and to good restaurants. The only downside is that there's a loud street in front and for people with sensitive ears that might bother a bit.
Very good location, helpful staff and amazing services. Really really clean rooms, not the quietest, but the sleep hours are respected. Also the breakfast is tasty and offers fresh fruits. I highly recommend this accomodation.
