SAii Laguna Phuket
Set directly on Bang Tao Beach in the quieter Cherngtalay district of northern Phuket, SAii Laguna Phuket sits within the broader Laguna Phuket estate, offering guests a calmer beachfront alternative to the busier resort areas further south. The lagoon-inspired setting and long sandy beach make it a natural choice for those prioritising rest and scenery over nightlife and crowds. Rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with beach-access rooms delivering direct water views that guests frequently highlight as a standout feature. Club rooms with bathtubs are a popular pick for celebratory stays. Breakfast draws consistent praise, and the outdoor day beds scattered across the property are a recurring favourite for afternoon unwinding. Guests also benefit from ferry and shuttle connections to other properties within the Laguna complex, effectively expanding dining, leisure, and beach options without leaving the estate. Staff are regularly singled out by name in visitor reviews, pointing to a level of personal service that adds to the overall experience. Good to know: SAii Laguna Phuket is a full resort property rather than a dedicated spa facility, making it well suited to both leisure and wellness-focused stays. Bang Tao Beach is at its best during the dry season, which runs roughly from November through April, with peak demand falling between November and February. Advance booking for rooms and any treatments is strongly advisable during this period. The resort is most conveniently reached by taxi or private transfer, as public transport to this part of Phuket is limited.

Visitor Reviews
A great four-night stay at SAii Laguna Phuket — we would highly recommend it. Our room was fantastic, with the day beds a real highlight and perfect for relaxing. The ferry and shuttle services were convenient, and the facilities, including the waterslide and games area, were excellent for the kids. A special mention to Jintana (Gift), who was incredibly helpful in the lead-up to our stay and warmly welcomed us on arrival. Thank you also for organising the club privileges, which made the experience even more special. A shout-out to Helena and Dani, who were also wonderful during our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the resort and very much look forward to returning in the future.
It is always a real pleasure to work with this hotel and its wonderful team. The property is absolutely beautiful and ideally located, which makes every stay and every event even more special. The staff are truly lovely — kind, attentive, caring, and always very flexible with all our requests. Their professionalism and willingness to help make a huge difference. A big thank you again to all the hotel teams for this new stay and this new event, which was once again a great success, thanks in large part to the excellent collaboration with them. It is always a pleasure to be with them in such a beautiful property.
I really enjoyed the stay here with my boyfriend to celebrate his birthday. We got upgraded to beach access room, which has the incredible view. The staff, Ju and Mod, the front desk concierges, are super nice, they both gave us very good recommendations on food and night markets around the area. Also, as they knew that our flight was at night time, they helped us to push our check out time until 14:00. Really appreciate that. The only con is the beach is too busy all the time. It would be great if the hotel could build a fence would be great. But overall, the is hotel is really good.

Tips for Visiting Wellness & Spas
Learn Wat Pho First
Wat Pho in Bangkok is the birthplace of traditional Thai massage education. Their on-site massage pavilion offers excellent treatments from students and graduates at reasonable prices — and you know the technique is authentic.
Communicate Pressure Preferences
Thai massage can be intense. Say 'bao bao' for lighter pressure or 'nак nак' for harder. A good therapist will check in, but don't hesitate to speak up — suffering in silence defeats the purpose.
Book Longer Sessions
A 60-minute massage is fine, but 90 or 120 minutes allows the therapist to work thoroughly. The price difference is often only 200–400 THB for an extra hour — worth it for a deeper, more relaxing experience.
