ร้านพิเศษ สาขาภูเก็ต Piset Restaurant Phuket
Tucked inside the Siri Hotel on Yaowarad Road near Phuket City Hall, this seafood restaurant has built a devoted following among those who seek it out. Its location in central Phuket Town keeps it off the main tourist trail, giving it a distinctly local character that regulars clearly value — one visitor made the hour-long journey from their hotel three nights in a row. The menu centres on seafood, with grilled prawns, fish cakes, and crab dishes drawing consistent praise. Three styles of crab are available, and the crab meat fried rice comes particularly recommended as an accompaniment. Grilled and fried preparations are where the kitchen excels, and the food is frequently described as exceeding expectations given the restaurant's understated setting. That said, at least one diner raised concerns about the freshness of the mud crabs on a specific visit, so it is worth focusing on the more consistently praised items if freshness is a priority. Pricing sits at the mid-range level, making it accessible without feeling like a compromise on quality. Opening hours are not publicly listed online, so it is worth calling ahead or confirming times before travelling, particularly if coming from outside Phuket Town. The hotel setting makes for a comfortable dining environment suitable for groups and families.

Visitor Reviews
Came here on my first night in Phuket, and then came here again every night for 3 nights in a row even though it's an hour journey to the restaurant from the hotel I was staying in, and another hour journey back! That's how much I love the food here. The crab meat fried rice was the best I've had (and I've had lotsa crab fried rice in many places). The other absolute must order dish is the steamed crab with roe - they cook it so well here! The other dish that surprised me was the river prawns with glass noodles. Many I've tried just have soy sauce taste in the glass noodles. But this restaurant cooks it so well - could taste the river prawns in the glass noodles. Seafood was really very fresh! Service by the 2 female staff was excellent! I asked for extra soup and no spring onions in my fried rice on the first night - and the subsequent 2 nights, they remembered my requests even before I made them! Very friendly service, always with a smile!
We went here for the crab from the recommendations . It did not disappoint. There were 3 different crab styles that we tried. They were all really good. Don’t miss out on the crab meat fried rice and the tom yum soup. Complimented each other really well.
The pictures don’t do it justice!!! Grilled prawn was to die for and the fish cake was so good we ordered 3!!! I’m stuffed. So satisfying. Extremely underrated!!!

Tips for Visiting Restaurants & Food
Learn the Spice Scale
Say 'mai pet' for no spice, 'pet nit noi' for a little spice, or 'pet mak' if you want it Thai-hot. Most cooks will default to a toned-down version for foreigners unless you specify otherwise.
Follow the Crowds
The busiest street stalls are almost always the best — high turnover means fresh ingredients and a recipe that locals vouch for. An empty restaurant at dinner time is a red flag.
Ice Is Safe
Factory-made tube or cylinder ice (used in virtually all restaurants and stalls) is made from purified water and is safe to consume. You don't need to skip the iced Thai tea.
