Casa Pascal Restaurant
Casa Pascal is a long-established fine dining restaurant on Pattaya Second Road, drawing a loyal following of discerning diners who seek polished European cuisine in a city better known for casual eating. The restaurant has earned a strong reputation among both residents and visitors, including those who regularly dine at fine dining establishments across Thailand, and is a popular choice for special occasions such as anniversaries and birthday celebrations. The menu is European in character, offered as either à la carte or multi-course options. Standout dishes noted by visitors include steak tartare and wagyu beef, and the kitchen is consistently praised for well-seasoned, carefully executed food. The atmosphere is formal and polished, with table settings prepared attentively for celebrations and complimentary starters provided as a welcome touch. Some visitors have noted that the décor and furnishings are showing their age, though this appears to do little to diminish the overall dining experience. Good to know: Casa Pascal opens for dinner every night of the week from 18:00 to 23:00. Visitor reviews also mention a breakfast buffet service, so it is worth checking the restaurant's website for the most current and complete schedule before visiting. Given the upscale setting, smart casual attire at minimum is appropriate. Advance reservations are strongly recommended for weekend visits, group bookings, or any occasion requiring special arrangements.

Visitor Reviews
Amazing restaurant. Service & atmosphere and food is so great. I would give more stars if I could. We went for our 1 year anniversary tonight and had such a great time. The table was prepared perfectly for us. The food tasted simply amazing 🤩 Can highly recommend going there. The prices are more than fair as well for such a great dining experience. Going to come back for sure 😊 Thank you to Casa Pascal, the staff & the owner who also greeted us personally. 11/10 💪 See you soon again
had been for the breakfast buffet a few time which was very good so decided to have an evening meal as i wanted to treat myself on my last night in town. steak tartare which was perfect, and the "wagon wheel" schnitzel as a main with a rosti, very generous portion and cooked perfectly. finished with the best crepe suzette i have had in many years. will return on my next stay in town.
My friend had a birthday, I ordered a surprise birthday cake for him. The European menu is a la carte or has multi-course options. A couple of complimentary starters were served. Food was of a very high standard. Staff were extremely well-organised and attentive. The birthday boy was very happy. Irish coffee to finish 🙃

Tips for Visiting Restaurants & Food
Learn the Spice Scale
Say 'mai pet' for no spice, 'pet nit noi' for a little spice, or 'pet mak' if you want it Thai-hot. Most cooks will default to a toned-down version for foreigners unless you specify otherwise.
Follow the Crowds
The busiest street stalls are almost always the best — high turnover means fresh ingredients and a recipe that locals vouch for. An empty restaurant at dinner time is a red flag.
Ice Is Safe
Factory-made tube or cylinder ice (used in virtually all restaurants and stalls) is made from purified water and is safe to consume. You don't need to skip the iced Thai tea.
