One Palm Food Garden
Located next to the Big C shopping centre in Tambon Hua Hin, this open-air food court draws a relaxed evening crowd with its combination of affordable local food, cold beer, and occasional live music. Known locally as Tal Diao Food Court, it operates as a multi-stall market-style venue rather than a single restaurant, giving diners the freedom to browse and mix dishes from different vendors. The food selection covers the essentials without overwhelming variety — expect Thai staples like Pad Thai and satay alongside moo krata (Thai barbecue hotpot), grilled duck, and even German bratwurst for those in the mood for something different. Chang and Federbräu beer are the drinks of choice here. The atmosphere is informal and sociable, with a sizeable seating area suited to groups and families looking for a low-key evening out. Good to know: One Palm Food Garden opens at 4pm daily, making it a natural stop after an afternoon of shopping at the adjacent Big C, where parking is plentiful and convenient. Pricing is firmly on the affordable end, making it a solid option for budget-conscious travellers. Check the Facebook page before visiting for updates on live music nights or stall availability, as the lineup can vary.

Visitor Reviews
The food here is excellent value! Low-cost and high-quality. I only recently discovered this wonderful little food market, but I will be returning on a regular basis!
Great food! Very affordable!
Quite big seating area. There are ok variation of food. I wouldn't say it's big selection here but there are everything you may want for a meal - Pad Thai, satay, moo krata, German sausage, fruit smoothies and cook as ordered Thai food stalls. I think the parking is on the roadside or park at the nearby Big C. I got kaprao mookrob (crispy pork kaprao on rice) for not sure, 50 or 60 baht. Happy with the taste and quantity.

Learn the Spice Scale
Say 'mai pet' for no spice, 'pet nit noi' for a little spice, or 'pet mak' if you want it Thai-hot. Most cooks will default to a toned-down version for foreigners unless you specify otherwise.
Follow the Crowds
The busiest street stalls are almost always the best — high turnover means fresh ingredients and a recipe that locals vouch for. An empty restaurant at dinner time is a red flag.
Ice Is Safe
Factory-made tube or cylinder ice (used in virtually all restaurants and stalls) is made from purified water and is safe to consume. You don't need to skip the iced Thai tea.
