Street Food @ One Nimman
Tucked inside the One Nimman shopping complex on Chiang Mai's well-known Nimmanahaeminda Road, this food court brings together a range of street food stalls under one roof, offering both indoor and outdoor dining in a setting that blends casual Thai eating culture with modern, Instagram-friendly design. The space is notably clean and well-presented for a street food venue, making it a comfortable option for travellers who want accessible local flavours without sacrificing atmosphere. Visitors can graze across multiple stalls serving traditional Thai dishes — rice and noodle plates, BBQ items, papaya salad, and mango sticky rice among them. The selection includes options for vegetarian and vegan diners. Seating is available both inside and outside, though outdoor tables can fill up quickly, and finding a spot during busy periods may require some patience. Prices are broadly in line with a casual dining setting, though some individual stalls have drawn comment for portion sizes relative to cost. Good to know: the food court appears quieter during late morning hours and picks up in atmosphere through the afternoon and into the evening, so visiting later in the day is likely to offer a livelier experience. As opening hours are not publicly listed, it is worth checking current trading times before making a special trip. The Nimman location means there are plenty of cafes, shops, and other attractions close by if stalls are closed or fully occupied.

Visitor Reviews
Stopped by for dinner at the food court and was pleasantly surprised! Great clean place, delicious pork on rice and minced pork on noodles! Had a drink at the bar, reasonably priced. Mango Sticky rice was delicious too! Enjoyed walking all of One Nimmam after!
A darling little fancy street food court. Plenty of food options for everyone- with vegetarian and vegan friendly options. The design and decor is very trendy and instagramable. Plenty of seating areas with good airflow so it isn’t too hot either!
Small street food stalls inside One Niman shopping centre. I went there around 11 am and it was quiet. Maybe there would be more vibe in the afternoon/evening. There are a few food stalls serving traditional Thai dishes and Japanese food. The variety of food is great and the price is cheap starting from 50 Bhat.
Tips for Visiting Restaurants & Food
Learn the Spice Scale
Say 'mai pet' for no spice, 'pet nit noi' for a little spice, or 'pet mak' if you want it Thai-hot. Most cooks will default to a toned-down version for foreigners unless you specify otherwise.
Follow the Crowds
The busiest street stalls are almost always the best — high turnover means fresh ingredients and a recipe that locals vouch for. An empty restaurant at dinner time is a red flag.
Ice Is Safe
Factory-made tube or cylinder ice (used in virtually all restaurants and stalls) is made from purified water and is safe to consume. You don't need to skip the iced Thai tea.
