วัตสัน โลตัส ละไม : WATSONS LOTUS'S LAMAI : Click & Collect
Watsons Lotus's Lamai functions as part of a broader shopping complex that acts as a practical one-stop hub for visitors staying in the Lamai area of Koh Samui. While the Watsons store itself stocks the usual range of cosmetics, personal care products, toiletries, and over-the-counter medications, the surrounding Lotus's complex operates more like a small shopping mall, housing a supermarket, food court, KFC, Dunkin' Donuts, Dairy Queen, banks, telecommunications booths, pharmacies, clothing retailers, and souvenir shops. The supermarket is particularly well-regarded for its range of imported European and American food products — a step up from the convenience store options available elsewhere on the island — though shoppers should expect a price premium on imported goods. The food court offers a solid variety of local and international options, making it easy to combine a grocery run with a meal. Clothing tends to be reasonably priced, and the air-conditioned environment provides welcome relief from the island heat. The Click & Collect service through Watsons allows travellers to order online and pick up in-store, which is a convenient option for those managing a busy itinerary. The complex opens daily from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, giving plenty of flexibility for morning or evening visits. For anyone based in or around Lamai, this is a reliable fallback for forgotten toiletries, medications, groceries, or a quick meal without venturing far from the beach.

Visitor Reviews
Not a bad Tesco. Good for shopping some european and US staff that you can't find in 7/11
Whenever I stay in the Lamai area, this is my go to place for anything and everything I need; supermarket, pharmacies, telecommunication booths, fast food restaurants, food court, banks, gifts, souvenirs and all matter of shops selling electronics, books, magazines, watches, sunglasses, reading glasses, beach accessories and wine. The Wine Connection stocks a good range of reasonably priced whites, reds and sparkling, but only one champagne (Drappier). If the duty free spirits run dry, Tesco Lotus stocks a decent range but the prices are 1½ - 2 times the duty free prices. **Alcohol sales between 11am-2pm and 5pm-midnight only. Must be 20+ years old" There is substantial space for parking (above ground but shaded, and free) but watch out for deceptively deep puddles in the car park after a downpour.
Generally better stocked than the large Tesco in Chawang. (although not always!) For imported foods one always pays a premium price, but it's up to you whether you want to pay the price. It's clean and has a good feel about it. Mall has various merchants and food court. Lots of free parking.

Haggle at Markets, Not Malls
Prices at market stalls are negotiable — start at 50–60% of the asking price and meet in the middle. Fixed-price shops and malls don't haggle. Smile and keep it friendly; aggressive bargaining is considered rude.
Arrive Early or Late
Vendors believe the first sale of the day is lucky — you'll often get a better deal if you arrive right when the market opens. Late in the evening, sellers may also discount to avoid packing unsold goods.
Be Cautious with Tailors
Bangkok has excellent tailors, but also many tourist traps. Avoid anyone offering suspiciously cheap suits or who approaches you on the street. Ask your hotel for recommendations, read reviews, and always get two fittings.
