T-shirts
Located along Lamai Beach Road, this open-air night market draws a steady crowd of tourists and locals every evening of the week. While casual clothing, beachwear, souvenirs, and handicrafts fill the stalls, the market is equally regarded as a dining destination — vendors cook to order from fresh selections of local fish, meat, vegetables, and fruit, and the quality of the food draws favourable comparisons to larger, better-known markets elsewhere on Koh Samui. On Saturday nights, Muay Thai boxing at the nearby Lamai Beer Plaza adds a distinct edge to the surrounding atmosphere. Sunday nights are widely considered the liveliest, when the market expands noticeably and the variety of stalls, food options, and overall energy are at their peak. Weeknights, by contrast, offer a quieter and more relaxed browse. A handful of individual vendors come specifically recommended by repeat visitors, including Mr Dang and Nang, a small restaurant that earns consistent praise from those who seek it out. Good to know: The market runs seven days a week from 5 PM to 11 PM, making it an easy fit for any evening itinerary. Arriving earlier means smaller crowds; later hours bring a fuller atmosphere and more food options in full swing. Cash is recommended, as not all vendors accept cards, and light, comfortable clothing suits the warm open-air setting.

Visitor Reviews
Recommend only Sunday Nights it’s a little bit crowdy but you have lots more to see, hear, buy, drink & eat cause on sundays the market is much bigger. Especially the Italian guy pretty close to the main road that pork sandwiches are gorgeous
It's a very lively place which is active at night. Muay Thai boxing takes place on Saturday night at lamai beer plaza. You can find anything you want .. clothes, alcohol, food, souvenir.. anything...
4.5 for me... Smaller compared to chaweng or other markets. But much better in terms quality food, minor shopping

Tips for Visiting Markets & Shopping
Haggle at Markets, Not Malls
Prices at market stalls are negotiable — start at 50–60% of the asking price and meet in the middle. Fixed-price shops and malls don't haggle. Smile and keep it friendly; aggressive bargaining is considered rude.
Arrive Early or Late
Vendors believe the first sale of the day is lucky — you'll often get a better deal if you arrive right when the market opens. Late in the evening, sellers may also discount to avoid packing unsold goods.
Be Cautious with Tailors
Bangkok has excellent tailors, but also many tourist traps. Avoid anyone offering suspiciously cheap suits or who approaches you on the street. Ask your hotel for recommendations, read reviews, and always get two fittings.
