Lotus's Samui
Part of the well-known Lotus's chain, this large-format hypermarket in Bo Put functions as one of Koh Samui's most practical one-stop shopping destinations, drawing both island residents and visiting travellers. Beyond the extensive supermarket floor — well-stocked with groceries, household items, and local products — the complex houses clothing stores, phone and electronics outlets, a bakery, and massage chairs, making it feel closer to a compact shopping centre than a standalone grocery store. The food court is a standout feature, offering generous portion sizes at prices that compare favourably to elsewhere on the island. Families travelling with children will find dedicated entertainment including a play area and rides, while self-catering travellers will appreciate the wide range of everyday essentials and local products available at straightforward prices. The layout is clean and spacious, with wide aisles that make for a comfortable browse. Good to know: Lotus's Samui is open every day from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, making it a convenient stop after a day at the beach or before heading back to accommodation for the evening. The car park is large, and the facility is wheelchair accessible — a practical consideration for travellers with mobility needs. Those on a tighter budget will find the food court particularly useful for a filling, affordable meal without venturing further into the island.

Visitor Reviews
Love this mega supermarket that has almost everything you are looking for, there are restaurants, electronic shops, fashion shops, massage chairs, pastry stalls and a food court too! The food was surprisingly good and cheap. I had the popular chicken rice which was very tasty and generous with the chicken meat. I spent a great afternoon in here on a rainy day! 👍🏼
Great place to purchase your necessities and household items. There is a large variety to choose from and price comparison can be done quite easily. Lots of parking space and it's wheelchair accessible. Within this mall, there are many shops as well like homepro, DIY shop, food court, cinema and many other essential shops. It's definitely worth a visit here.
Excellent very large supermarket with a kids play area and various rides for kids.

Tips for Visiting Markets & Shopping
Haggle at Markets, Not Malls
Prices at market stalls are negotiable — start at 50–60% of the asking price and meet in the middle. Fixed-price shops and malls don't haggle. Smile and keep it friendly; aggressive bargaining is considered rude.
Arrive Early or Late
Vendors believe the first sale of the day is lucky — you'll often get a better deal if you arrive right when the market opens. Late in the evening, sellers may also discount to avoid packing unsold goods.
Be Cautious with Tailors
Bangkok has excellent tailors, but also many tourist traps. Avoid anyone offering suspiciously cheap suits or who approaches you on the street. Ask your hotel for recommendations, read reviews, and always get two fittings.
