Compare prices
Situated within Chiang Mai's historic Old City, this laid-back hotel occupies a prime position near the North Gate and the night food market, placing guests within easy walking distance of the city's most visited temples, streets, and attractions. Its central yet quiet setting makes it a practical base for travellers who want to explore on foot without the noise typically associated with busy urban accommodation. Rooms are noted by guests for their generous size, comfortable beds, and clean condition, with practical touches such as sofas and large desks adding to the comfort. The hotel offers daily housekeeping, a fitness room, a cafe, and a restaurant with terrace dining. The atmosphere is unfussy and independent — guests report a low-key experience with minimal intrusion, suiting travellers who prefer to come and go at their own pace. A few practical points worth knowing before booking: the hotel does not permit in-room laundry washing, and guests requiring this service will be directed to the hotel's paid cleaning option. For those visiting Chiang Mai's Old City for the first time, the location alone offers strong value, with the famous Saturday and Sunday Walking Streets, Tha Phae Gate, and numerous temples all reachable on foot. Booking directly or through a reputable platform in advance is advisable, particularly during the cooler high season months of November through February when demand in Chiang Mai peaks.

Visitor Reviews
Very central and quiet hotel in the Old City of Chiang Mai. Big rooms with comfortable beds and with the option for daily cleaning. Everything was clean and with a nice sofa and a big desk in the room. There is a big parking lot in the back. There is no breakfast area inside the hotel but there are 2 nice coffee places next to the hotel with many breakfast options. Also a 7-Eleven is very close. The staff was friendly and there was always someone available even during the night at the reception.
Great no-fuss hotel at a great location. Checked in and stayed for two nights - didn't see or hear from anyone until check-out. Hotel is a little run down already but not in a way that mattered at all. Did not have breakfast so can't comment on that.
Excellent hotel. Located near north gate and very close to the night food market. Room was clean and comfortable and the staff were very helpful printing out documents for me. Will definitely stay here next time I am in Chiang Mai
