แซ่บนิรันดร์ - ZAABNIRAN One Bangkok
Tucked into the basement level of One Bangkok on Thanon Witthayu, this Thai noodle shop has built a devoted local following for its punchy, well-balanced bowls centred on tom yum flavours. The menu focuses on noodles paired with a range of proteins — including pork and beef — available in both soup and dry versions, making it a reliable stop for anyone after a genuine, flavour-forward Thai meal in a clean, mall-style setting. Standout dishes among visitors include the Signature Mixed Dry Noodles, praised for their chewy texture and the harmony of spicy, sour, salty, and sweet notes, as well as pork noodles with liver and dim sum sides. The duck egg is another frequently mentioned highlight. Spice levels can be adjusted on request, which makes the menu accessible to those with a lower heat tolerance without compromising the kitchen's characteristic depth of flavour. Good to know: The restaurant opens daily at 10:00 and closes at 21:30, covering lunch and dinner without any midweek closures. Given its strong local reputation, arriving during the mid-afternoon lull between meal rushes is a practical way to avoid longer waits. The basement location is accessed from Entrance 3 of One Bangkok, making it straightforward to find whether approaching from Thanon Witthayu or navigating from within the mall.

Visitor Reviews
The food here is really delicious, especially the noodles — the flavor is amazing. You can request non-spicy or mild spice levels, which is great if you’re not used to spicy food. The staff are very attentive to foreign customers and always check your spice preference. Everything we ordered was tasty, and the prices are very reasonable for the quality. Definitely worth a visit — highly recommended!
The noodles are wonderfully chewy and soft, with a bold and well-balanced flavor—spicy, sour, salty, and sweet, all in perfect harmony. This signature dish, “Signature Mixed Dry Noodles,” truly elevates the use of offal, especially the kidney, which is prepared so beautifully and appetizingly. I really love the three kinds of chili that are perfectly blended. Absolutely delicious!
I’m so satisfied with theirs tom yum noodle ‘’ kuyteyaw’ it’s very meaty and tasty. I like spicy so i can handle the spicy of it.. also the duck egg. I’m Filipino, we have called PENOY which is duck egg, very stunning! Nice place. And clean.

Tips for Visiting Restaurants & Food
Learn the Spice Scale
Say 'mai pet' for no spice, 'pet nit noi' for a little spice, or 'pet mak' if you want it Thai-hot. Most cooks will default to a toned-down version for foreigners unless you specify otherwise.
Follow the Crowds
The busiest street stalls are almost always the best — high turnover means fresh ingredients and a recipe that locals vouch for. An empty restaurant at dinner time is a red flag.
Ice Is Safe
Factory-made tube or cylinder ice (used in virtually all restaurants and stalls) is made from purified water and is safe to consume. You don't need to skip the iced Thai tea.
