Visitor Reviews
After the renovation this mall has become really nice ! On the upper floors there are nice photo-exhibitions. And, as a great bonus here: there is plenty space to sit down, relax or even work ! So, if you need a break from the heat, traffic and hustle of the street & nightmarkets, get up here ! Allowedly, not all stalls and space is populated and the supermarket is predominantly aimed at tourists.
Very peaceful place! Many possibilities to chill, to have a break, to eat, to drink, to dance, to learn languages with some very nice school where they can do for you your education visa for 6 months or more. And some shops are open every day. I recommend this place 👍🏻
After being redeveloped by a national-level investor last year, The Pantip Lifestyle Hub is filling up nicely with a wide variety of shops, service businesses, and activities. Economic food choices are plentiful , and there are generous amounts of open space to allow visitors to relax. It is also supporting community groups such as the chess club, a yoga group, and up-and-coming artists. The ground floor is quite inviting with a large Little Big C supermarket, an assortment of fast food outlets, several coffee shops, fashion stores, sporting good stores, phone and computer repair services, and a dozen or so pop-up shops, selling local goods and snacks. The ground floor has a large open space that frequently has a stage set up to host, special events, and performances. The second floor has a large food outlet that sells a tremendous variety of Thai and international delights at economical prices. there is also a children’s play area with some arcade games and rides. The third floor is predominantly an art gallery that offers opportunities for up-and-coming artists to show off their work with sales offers. This level has a generous amount of space to allow relaxation and to support community clubs such as the Chiang Mai Chess Club. The fourth floor is mostly language schools complete with modern and comfortable classrooms. Ex-pats go there to learn Thai language and Thai people go there to learn English, Japanese, and Chinese languages. The fourth floor also has a row of shops that provide services to those seeking visas. Those offices are alongside some legal service businesses and a nice hearing clinic. I have been a patron of this building for nearly a year now, and I have seen it grow by leaps and bounds. During any day there are many customers seeking a wide range of goods or services. Yet there is plenty of space so things do not get crowded. You’ll see people young and old from around the world using this facility. Some are gathering with groups and many are on their own, finding a corner that they can use to study, read or just relax.

Haggle at Markets, Not Malls
Prices at market stalls are negotiable — start at 50–60% of the asking price and meet in the middle. Fixed-price shops and malls don't haggle. Smile and keep it friendly; aggressive bargaining is considered rude.
Arrive Early or Late
Vendors believe the first sale of the day is lucky — you'll often get a better deal if you arrive right when the market opens. Late in the evening, sellers may also discount to avoid packing unsold goods.
Be Cautious with Tailors
Bangkok has excellent tailors, but also many tourist traps. Avoid anyone offering suspiciously cheap suits or who approaches you on the street. Ask your hotel for recommendations, read reviews, and always get two fittings.
