JUMBO Seafood
Originally from Singapore, Jumbo Seafood brings its reputation for refined Cantonese-style seafood cooking to the heart of Bangkok at Siam Paragon shopping complex. The restaurant is particularly renowned for its crab preparations, including black pepper crab, alongside stir-fried chilli shrimp and a selection of fresh seafood chosen from live tanks on-site. Diners also have access to a buffet-style lunch option that combines a premium main dish with unlimited dim sum, making it a popular choice for both casual lunches and celebratory family gatherings. The atmosphere is polished and comfortable, suited to leisurely meals where attentive, friendly service is a consistent highlight across visitor experiences. Expect a lively dining room that handles both couples and larger groups well. The food is the clear centrepiece — reviewers frequently note losing track of time and photography in favour of simply eating, which is a reasonable indicator of quality. Good to know: The restaurant is open daily from 11:00 to 22:00, covering both lunch and dinner service. The Siam Paragon location sits in central Bangkok near BTS Siam station, making it straightforward to reach by Skytrain. Given its popularity, advance reservations are advisable, particularly on weekends and during peak dinner hours. Smart casual attire is appropriate for the setting.

Visitor Reviews
Friendly and attentive staff Buffet choice on Hungary hub starting at 1000+ per person. Select a premium dish / person plus unlimited dim sum options plus sweet and drink (water/tea) Dimsum especially Hakoo are in good quality many dishes are tasty and we ordered double. We got that early at around five and there was no one day just yet for dinner in our area so we were the first table. Later, the tables were filled by other guests. Food, very nice 👍🏻 Staff, great and prompt 👍🏻👍🏻 Good atmosphere we could ask to adjust the Aircon and the staff took action right away 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Went to Jumbo with a few friends and honestly, it was a fun, messy, and super satisfying meal. We got cracking into the prawn right away—hands covered in sauce, but totally worth it. The sauce was rich and slightly sweet with just enough spice to keep things exciting. We also ordered some mantou to soak it all up, which I highly recommend. The vibe was lively, the service was quick, and the portions were generous. It’s not a fancy experience, but it’s the kind of place where the food does all the talking—and it speaks loud and clear.
Visited Jumbo Thailand for the first time and had a wonderful experience. The food was delicious, the staff were friendly and attentive, and the service overall was excellent. I had the chance to enjoy a complimentary birthday food set for two, courtesy of credit card, which was a lovely touch. We also tried their dim sum promotion — everything was fresh and flavorful. Definitely a place worth coming back to!

Learn the Spice Scale
Say 'mai pet' for no spice, 'pet nit noi' for a little spice, or 'pet mak' if you want it Thai-hot. Most cooks will default to a toned-down version for foreigners unless you specify otherwise.
Follow the Crowds
The busiest street stalls are almost always the best — high turnover means fresh ingredients and a recipe that locals vouch for. An empty restaurant at dinner time is a red flag.
Ice Is Safe
Factory-made tube or cylinder ice (used in virtually all restaurants and stalls) is made from purified water and is safe to consume. You don't need to skip the iced Thai tea.
