Côte by Mauro Colagreco
Côte by Mauro Colagreco brings the culinary vision of the three-Michelin-starred Argentine-Italian chef to Bangkok's Sathon district, positioned near the Chao Phraya River. The restaurant draws on Mediterranean, French, and Italian influences to deliver a tasting menu experience defined by precise technique, seasonal ingredients, and considered presentation — a deliberately different proposition from the city's abundant Thai dining scene. Guests can expect an intimate, upscale atmosphere with personalised, attentive service that regulars consistently single out as a highlight. Standout dishes from visitor accounts include scallops in coffee foam, trout paired with flaky brioche, and carefully balanced courses where even the bread earns praise. The kitchen approaches each plate with a refined sensibility, and the wine pairings are noted as a strong complement to the menu. The setting suits special occasions, celebratory dinners, and anyone seeking serious gastronomy during a Bangkok stay. A practical note for planning: Côte operates for dinner only, Wednesday through Sunday from 18:00 to 22:00, so it cannot be incorporated into daytime itineraries. Reservations are strongly advised given the intimate scale of the dining room. Smart to formal attire is appropriate for the setting. The restaurant is most easily reached by taxi or rideshare — confirming the Charoen Krung Road address with your driver in advance will help avoid confusion. Visitor Reviews
i was here on christmas to try their lunch special menu . some absolutely amazing flavors ! i especially enjoyed the trout with the super flaky brioche a d the scallops in coffee foam - just stunning ! also the yuzu strawberry mocktail was a killer . the desert was also a very surprising combo of chervil and chocolate that worked very well .
World- class service with amazing cuisine. Spent time there with my friends for lunch. We were carried away by the great combination in each dish, and the personalised, attentive service by Khun Pepsi & Khun Bright. The restaurant was spacious and gave a touch of privacy , the riverview was relaxing. High worth for money.
Absolutely love this place! The wine pairings are always spot on, the service is friendly and attentive, and every visit feels like a great experience. I’ve been here many times now, and it honestly never disappoints — always good vibes, great food, and amazing wine. Highly recommend!

Tips for Visiting Restaurants & Food
Learn the Spice Scale
Say 'mai pet' for no spice, 'pet nit noi' for a little spice, or 'pet mak' if you want it Thai-hot. Most cooks will default to a toned-down version for foreigners unless you specify otherwise.
Follow the Crowds
The busiest street stalls are almost always the best — high turnover means fresh ingredients and a recipe that locals vouch for. An empty restaurant at dinner time is a red flag.
Ice Is Safe
Factory-made tube or cylinder ice (used in virtually all restaurants and stalls) is made from purified water and is safe to consume. You don't need to skip the iced Thai tea.
