Valia Hotel Bangkok sits on Sukhumvit Soi 24 in the Klongton area of Klong Toei, placing guests within easy reach of Bangkok's key districts, shopping centres, and the BTS Skytrain network. The hotel spans two buildings, offering a range of room types including connecting rooms that suit families and small groups travelling together. Facilities include an outdoor pool, a poolside bar, a restaurant, and a cocktail bar, giving guests plenty of options for unwinding without leaving the property. The atmosphere leans toward the contemporary and comfortable, with guests consistently highlighting the warmth and professionalism of the staff. Front desk service receives particular praise, and the hotel has been noted for thoughtful touches such as a welcome chocolate buffet on arrival. Breakfast draws positive feedback as well, with a buffet spread that includes Halal options alongside fresh daily dishes — a practical consideration for travellers with dietary requirements. Guests travelling with others should note the two-building layout, as some room types are located in a separate building from the main lobby. Checking room location at the time of booking avoids any confusion on arrival. For the best rates, booking directly through the hotel website or well in advance is worth considering, particularly for connecting or larger room configurations. The hotel suits both leisure travellers and those visiting Bangkok for business.

Visitor Reviews
I had a wonderful stay at Valia Hotel Bangkok. The service and hospitality were excellent. I would especially like to appreciate the receptionist named Pure. Her behavior was very polite, friendly, and professional, which made our experience even better. I had booked a Jacuzzi Suite, and the facilities were amazing. The room also included lounge access and pool access, which made the stay very relaxing. One of the best parts was the complimentary drinks offered from 5pm–7 PM. There were many options available including beer, alcohol, and other beverages, which was a very nice touch. Overall, the experience was fantastic and I really enjoyed my stay. I would definitely recommend Valia Hotel Bangkok to anyone visiting Bangkok.
We had a great stay at Valia Hotel Bangkok. The food was very good, with plenty of Halal options and fresh dishes every morning. The service throughout the hotel was excellent — the staff were attentive, friendly, and always willing to help. The receptionists were professional and welcoming, making check-in and any requests smooth and easy. A special mention to Mild at the breakfast buffet, who was very kind and helpful and made the mornings even more pleasant. When we had a small issue with the internet, it was fixed immediately, which really showed how efficient and responsive the team is. Overall, a very comfortable stay with great service.
Excellent hotel, well connected to multiple locations within Bangkok. They treated guests with a chocolate buffet which was a welcome surprise after a long flight. The breakfast buffet was tasty and included an elaborate spread. The room was pleasant and confortable for a family stay. The king bed was comfortable, however the bunkbed was a bit suffocating with no ventilation/air. Overall nice stay, will definitely plan to visit again.
