Siri Sala Private Thai Villa
Compare prices
Tucked into the Bangkoknoi district of Bangkok along Charan Sanit Wong Road, Siri Sala is a private Thai villa that blends intimate residential character with genuine hospitality. Originally available only as a full-house rental, the property has more recently opened individual rooms for booking, making it accessible to a wider range of travellers — from couples seeking a quiet retreat to extended families looking for a cohesive, private base in the city. Guests consistently describe the atmosphere as warm and personal rather than generic or resort-like. The villa is well-suited to families, including those travelling with young children, and has also hosted private events such as weddings. Staff are noted for attentive, tailored service, and the property offers a sense of seclusion that is rare in a city as dense and fast-moving as Bangkok. Practically speaking, prospective guests should be aware that availability may be limited given the property's small scale, so booking well in advance is advisable — particularly for those considering renting the entire villa for a private event or family gathering. The address places it in the Bangkoknoi area on the Thonburi side of the Chao Phraya River, which offers a quieter, more residential experience than central Bangkok while still being within reach of major attractions such as Wat Arun and the Royal Barges National Museum.

Visitor Reviews
We spent two nights at Siri Sala in January, and it was a remarkable stay. The team has only recently opened individual rooms for booking, as previously the entire house had to be rented, and being part of the SLH group says a lot about their ambition. What the owners and hosts, Irma and Art, have created is genuinely special. They have transformed a once humble canal-side house into one of the most beautiful and serene hideaways in Bangkok. The pool is stunning, the atmosphere calm and restorative, and the staff are consistently kind, attentive, and make a real effort to remember your name. Dinner is served at a long shared table, encouraging guests to connect with one another. We loved this approach, and the food itself is fantastic. Breakfast is just as impressive, with excellent Thai and Western options. The rooms are spacious, extremely comfortable, and equipped with air conditioning and large bathrooms featuring chic amenities. There is also an onsite spa for massages, which you will want to book in advance. I would highly recommend letting the Siri Sala team help plan your itinerary. We joined a nighttime tuk tuk tour and a wonderful canal tour of Bangkok, both impeccably organised and memorable. This is a place where hospitality is taken seriously. Siri Sala is on its way to becoming one of the best small hotels in Asia. Congratulations to Irma, Art, and the entire team. I hope to return one day, and we will be telling everyone about you
Not long ago, my team and I had the privilege of visiting this extraordinary venue to help curate a wedding celebration for a wonderful bride and groom. From the very beginning, we felt a sense of intimacy and were warmly welcomed by the entire staff, whose hospitality was both sincere and effortless. The space itself is beautifully open and serene in every corner, offering a calm and inviting atmosphere. What makes this house truly special is its story—a natural journey passed down from generation to generation, carrying a sense of destiny that flows gracefully from the past into the present. With its versatile layout, the house offers a variety of areas that can be tailored for different kinds of gatherings. Each corner is thoughtfully designed and seamlessly connected to the surrounding environment, creating a narrative that is both visually stunning and emotionally resonant. One of the most captivating aspects is the presence of natural sunlight, gently weaving through every part of the space throughout the day. As a photographer, I found this incredibly inspiring—it made me instinctively reach for my camera again and again. Here are a few moments I captured, and I’d love to share them with you. ^.^
We had the absolute best experience staying at Siri Sala with our extended family including 5 young kids. The unique villas were super luxurious but didn't make you feel like you were at a generic resort. The team at Siri Sala was so thoughtful and made sure that every need was anticipated or met promptly. They literally had my 4 yo's favorite lemon drink prepared to offer him every time they saw him. I couldn't recommend Siri Sala enough, if you're fortunate enough to visit Bangkok, it doesn't get better than this.
