Splash Jungle Water Park
Situated in the Mai Khao area of Thalang district, this jungle-themed water park delivers a full day of aquatic entertainment for families and groups. Following a significant refurbishment in recent years, the park presents a noticeably refreshed appearance, with well-maintained grounds and a tropical aesthetic that distinguishes it from more generic water attractions. Slides and pools cater to a range of ages and thrill levels, making it a practical choice for families travelling with younger children as well as older visitors looking for more exciting rides. Visitors consistently note the attentive lifeguard staff, short or nonexistent queues at the slides, and a clean, welcoming environment. The park operates a towel rental service at 100 THB, as guests are not permitted to bring their own — a policy worth knowing before arrival. Outside food, drinks, and snacks are also not permitted inside, and bags are checked at the entrance, so it is worth planning accordingly, particularly for families travelling with young children. The park is located close to Phuket International Airport, placing it conveniently for travellers staying in the north of the island, though Patong Beach and the southern resort areas are approximately 50 minutes away. The cooler months of November through February offer the most comfortable conditions for a full day outdoors, though the park operates year-round. Arriving early is advisable to secure good positioning and make the most of the facilities before peak hours.

Visitor Reviews
We love this park, the lifeguards are super kind am funny, it has a perfect size for us and the pricing is fair too. Bit weird that you can’t take your own towel but for 100 Thb you can rent one, so it’s ok. Food is good, too. We loooooooove it!
We live locally and have visited at various points over the years. The park has had a significant refurb in the last 12-months and looks much nicer than previously. I agree having to take things like water and towels out of your bag at entry feels a bit petty, however the towels inside are good and are only 100 baht each. There are about 6 big slides. They are legitimately loads of fun and even quite scary at times. There are lots of smaller slides and features for younger children. My kids are 4 and 6 and for them this is perfect. For older kids or adults, maybe Andamanda is better but I would pick Splash Jungle for our family as it's better value for money and much quieter.
My family had a great time at this water park. I really liked that there were no lines for the slides, the grounds were clean and well-maintained, and the staff was very attentive. My six-year-old daughter also rode almost all the slides and was absolutely delighted. Since we love Thai food, we tried the chicken pad thai in the food court for only 130 baht, which was delicious. Although the water park is not very large, I recommend it for people who don't like noisy crowds. P.S. We bought tickets during the 11.11 promotion at a very reasonable price.
Tips for Visiting Activities & Tours
Vet Elephant Sanctuaries
Only visit sanctuaries that prohibit riding, use no chains or bullhooks, and let elephants roam freely. Elephant Nature Park in Chiang Mai set the standard. If a place offers painting shows or circus tricks, walk away.
Book Through Klook or GetYourGuide
These platforms offer instant confirmation, free cancellation on most activities, and prices that are often lower than walk-up rates. Compare with local agencies for multi-day trips where negotiation might save more.
Do Outdoor Activities in the Morning
Heat and humidity peak from noon to 3 PM. Schedule jungle treks, cycling tours, and outdoor cooking classes for early morning. Water activities are more flexible since you're in and out of the sea.
