Nice Seyir Balkonu
Tucked into the hills above Karon in Phuket, this observation deck rewards visitors with sweeping, elevated views over the surrounding landscape. The journey to reach it is considered a highlight in itself — a walk through dense jungle terrain that builds anticipation before the viewpoint opens up. The final stretch involves around 200 metres of low-intensity climbing, making the arrival feel genuinely earned. The balcony itself is somewhat hidden and requires a little curiosity and navigation to locate, particularly for first-time visitors. Those who bring a coffee and something to eat tend to linger longest, taking in the scenery from different vantage points at their own pace. The atmosphere is quiet and natural, a contrast to Phuket's more developed coastal areas. Good to know: proper footwear is strongly recommended, as the terrain involves uneven ground and a short climb. The access road is in poor condition, so those arriving by scooter should proceed carefully and at low speed. Visiting at sunrise is possible but finding the location in darkness adds a navigational challenge, so a daytime or late afternoon visit may be more practical for first-timers. It is also worth noting that recent visitor feedback mentions clearing of forest along the trail and construction activity at the summit, which has affected the natural character of the approach — something to consider when planning a visit.

Amazing walk. The balcony is a bit tucked away with a bit of curiosity should not be a problem to find out. The overall treck there is amazing, you walk through a dense jungle. Make sure you walk as the path is very dangerous for cars and motorcycles
Beautiful area & breathtaking views. Upon arrival to enhance hire a transport. Last 200 m or so is some low intensity climbing. Proper shoes are in order. 😀
A beautiful thing waiting for you guys to feel by yourself, nice if you take some coffee and cookies then spend time and enjoy with different points of view.

Tips for Visiting Activities & Tours
Vet Elephant Sanctuaries
Only visit sanctuaries that prohibit riding, use no chains or bullhooks, and let elephants roam freely. Elephant Nature Park in Chiang Mai set the standard. If a place offers painting shows or circus tricks, walk away.
Book Through Klook or GetYourGuide
These platforms offer instant confirmation, free cancellation on most activities, and prices that are often lower than walk-up rates. Compare with local agencies for multi-day trips where negotiation might save more.
Do Outdoor Activities in the Morning
Heat and humidity peak from noon to 3 PM. Schedule jungle treks, cycling tours, and outdoor cooking classes for early morning. Water activities are more flexible since you're in and out of the sea.
