Swiss Sheep Farm Pattaya
Tucked away in the Sattahip district south of Pattaya, Swiss Sheep Farm is a recreated European-style farm attraction offering a relaxed, countryside escape from the bustle of the city. The farm is home to sheep, donkeys, and horses, and visitors can purchase carrots and feed for around 20 baht to hand-feed the animals directly. The grounds are dotted with European-themed props and backdrops, making it a popular spot for casual photography. The atmosphere here is notably calm and unhurried. Visitor numbers tend to be low, which means the farm rarely feels crowded and offers a genuinely peaceful outing — particularly well-suited to families with young children. Horseback riding is available on-site, and the open layout gives kids plenty of space to roam. The farm currently charges no entry fee, though animal feed is available to purchase separately. A practical note for first-time visitors: the entrance can be easy to miss. From the car park, walk to the far end and look for a small entrance on the left — it may appear closed at first glance but is open during operating hours. The farm is open every day from 08:00 to 17:00. Given the outdoor setting and warm Thai climate, lightweight clothing and sun protection are recommended, especially for midday visits. Updates on any changes to pricing or events are posted on the farm's Facebook page.

Visitor Reviews
What a lovely place! More people should visit! Go to the end of the huge empty parkinglot and you find the small entrance to the left. It looks almost closed at first, but it is open! They have sheep, donkeys and horses. Many beautiful houses and things to see. It was fun buying carrots and grass for 100 baht in the shop to feed the animals. Right now it was free entry because no ticket office and few visitors.
Swiss Sheep Farm Pattaya is a European-style sheep farm, perfect for families and kids. It’s less crowded now with cheaper ticket prices, so it feels more relaxing. My daughter loved feeding the sheep 🐑. Some areas look a bit old, but renovation is in progress. Once finished, it should be lively and charming again! 🌿
It’s a quiet place where you can see animals like sheep, donkeys, and horses. Sometimes, wild birds fly around. I know it’s unfortunate when such a great place has no visitors and becomes partially abandoned, but that makes this farm even more attractive to me. I simply enjoyed the silence and the beautiful view.

Tips for Visiting Activities & Tours
Vet Elephant Sanctuaries
Only visit sanctuaries that prohibit riding, use no chains or bullhooks, and let elephants roam freely. Elephant Nature Park in Chiang Mai set the standard. If a place offers painting shows or circus tricks, walk away.
Book Through Klook or GetYourGuide
These platforms offer instant confirmation, free cancellation on most activities, and prices that are often lower than walk-up rates. Compare with local agencies for multi-day trips where negotiation might save more.
Do Outdoor Activities in the Morning
Heat and humidity peak from noon to 3 PM. Schedule jungle treks, cycling tours, and outdoor cooking classes for early morning. Water activities are more flexible since you're in and out of the sea.
