Rest & Relax Spa
Located in the Ban Tai area of Mueang Kanchanaburi District, Rest & Relax Spa is a straightforward massage venue catering to travellers looking to unwind after exploring the region. The spa offers traditional Thai massage and foot massage treatments in a clean, air-conditioned interior with relaxing music — a welcome retreat after a long day on the trails or at nearby attractions like Erawan National Park. Visitors can expect a cosy, no-frills atmosphere with friendly staff. Foot massages have drawn particular praise from guests recovering from a day of hiking, with comfortable chairs adding to the experience. That said, reviews are mixed when it comes to technique — some guests have found the pressure too intense, particularly around the neck, so those who prefer a gentler touch are advised to communicate their preferences clearly before the session begins. Pricing has also caused some confusion in the past, so it is worth confirming the full cost and any conditions upfront before committing to a treatment. The spa is open every day from 11:00 to 22:00, making it accessible for both afternoon and evening visits. With no website listed, walk-ins appear to be the standard way to book. Given the mixed feedback on massage intensity, travellers with sensitivity to firm pressure should speak up at the outset to help ensure a more comfortable experience.

Visitor Reviews
Good place to go for a massage, nice friendly people, clean and cozy salon with AC. My friend and I went there, i got a 1h foot massage, wich was heavenly after a long day hiking Erawan. And my friend got a neck and shoulder massage, he said she was very professional and helped him with his backpain. Price is worth the visit in my opinion.
The food massage was good and also comfy chair, A/C and music
The massage was fine, I’ve had a lot better and a lot worse. Some elements of skill, though it was a lot and pretty hard on my neck, whereas not enough on my legs. Hard to choose out of all the places on this street though.

Learn Wat Pho First
Wat Pho in Bangkok is the birthplace of traditional Thai massage education. Their on-site massage pavilion offers excellent treatments from students and graduates at reasonable prices — and you know the technique is authentic.
Communicate Pressure Preferences
Thai massage can be intense. Say 'bao bao' for lighter pressure or 'nак nак' for harder. A good therapist will check in, but don't hesitate to speak up — suffering in silence defeats the purpose.
Book Longer Sessions
A 60-minute massage is fine, but 90 or 120 minutes allows the therapist to work thoroughly. The price difference is often only 200–400 THB for an extra hour — worth it for a deeper, more relaxing experience.
