Junkyard Theatre Phuket (Dinner Show & Cabaret)
Located in Ratsada, this Phuket entertainment venue delivers an evening of theatrical cabaret performance alongside a dining experience in a setting that stands out for its distinctive aesthetic — the stage sets and décor are constructed almost entirely from repurposed junk, giving the space a quirky, colourful character unlike anything else on the island. The result is an atmosphere that feels both inventive and celebratory from the moment guests walk in. Performances are high-production affairs, with the crew bringing considerable energy to lighting, music, special effects, and choreography throughout the show. The tone is good-natured and inclusive, with humour that plays well for both international tourists and Thai visitors alike. Food is served alongside the entertainment, with visitors noting the quality of the meal as a genuine highlight rather than an afterthought. Good to know: Dinner shows run on set schedules and the venue has proven consistently popular, so booking in advance is strongly recommended to secure a seat. Arriving without a reservation risks missing out entirely, particularly during peak tourist season. As specific opening hours are not listed online, contacting the venue directly or booking through a local tour operator is the most reliable way to confirm show times and ticket availability before making the trip.

Visitor Reviews
An unforgettable night!! Junkyard Theatre Phuket is hands-down one of the most fun, entertaining nights you can have in Phuket. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is electric — quirky, colourful and buzzing with energy. The dance, acting and humour were absolutely outstanding. The performers are insanely talented — high-energy choreography, sharp comedic timing and expressive acting had us laughing nonstop. The show itself is a clever, fast-paced mash-up of pop culture, music, satire and visual spectacle, all tied together with hilarious storytelling and unexpected twists. Every scene was creative, bold and entertaining, and the audience interaction made it even more fun. You could feel how much passion and effort goes into every detail — costumes, lighting, music and performances were all top-tier. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, full of flavour and served seamlessly alongside the show. It genuinely felt like a premium dining experience, not just “dinner with a show.” This is a MUST DO experience in Phuket. Perfect for couples, families, or groups looking for something different, memorable and genuinely entertaining. We were smiling the entire night and talking about it long after it ended. Five stars all the way, don’t miss it!! 🩷💛🩷💛🩷💛🩷💛🩷💛🩷💛🩷

Tips for Visiting Temples & Culture
Dress Modestly
Cover shoulders and knees at all temples. Carry a light scarf or sarong — some temples lend wraps, but not all. Shoes come off before entering any building with a Buddha image.
Mind Your Feet
Never point your feet at a Buddha image or a monk — it's considered deeply disrespectful. When sitting inside a temple, tuck your feet behind you or to the side.
Ask Before Photographing
Exterior photos are almost always fine, but some interior halls prohibit photography. Look for signs, and never pose irreverently with Buddha images — it's a legal offense in Thailand.
