Gourmet Eats Emporium
Sitting on Level 4 of The Emporium Shopping Complex along the central Sukhumvit corridor, this food court stands apart from a typical mall dining floor. Rather than generic fast-food chains, it brings together a curated selection of stalls with a strong focus on Thai cuisine, and visitors have noted the presence of Michelin Guide-recognised vendors among the options — making it a legitimate destination for food-focused travellers rather than simply a convenient pit stop. The environment is spacious, clean, and fully air-conditioned, with varied seating sections suited to solo diners and groups alike. Expect a range of Thai dishes alongside some international options, with a straightforward prepaid card payment system common to food courts of this style in Bangkok. Portion sizes relative to price have drawn mixed reactions from some visitors, so it is worth sampling selectively and managing expectations accordingly. Gourmet Eats Emporium is open daily from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM, covering lunch, dinner, and everything in between. Its location within The Emporium makes it a practical choice for travellers staying along the Sukhumvit corridor or passing through on the BTS Skytrain. To avoid the busiest periods, arriving outside the standard lunch window of 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM or the dinner rush between 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM will generally mean shorter queues and easier seating.

Visitor Reviews
Nice Thai food court. The prices are reasonable and the places are clean. I saw a lot of Michelin Guide stalls, so it's interesting to try them all. I tried stir fried sukiyaki and some fried snacks. Both of them tasted great. Recommended if you are craving some Thai food!
🍽️ Gourmet Eats: Located on the 4th floor of The Emporium, Gourmet Eats is far from your average shopping mall food court. It’s a curated culinary hub that brings together some of Bangkok’s best flavors in a clean, sophisticated setting. Whether you are craving authentic Thai street food, flavorful Indian curry, or healthy vegetarian options, this place has it all. One of the biggest draws is that several stalls here feature Michelin-recognized brands. You can enjoy world-class flavors without the need for a formal reservation. Unlike many busy food hubs in Sukhumvit, the seating area here is spacious and very clean. You rarely have to wait long for a table, making it a stress-free spot for a quick lunch or a relaxed dinner. Even though it’s located in a luxury mall, the prices are very reasonable and fair, especially considering the high quality of the ingredients and the taste. 🌿 Top Recommendation for Vegetarians If you don't eat meat, you absolutely must try Talalask (ตาลาลักษณ์). They offer an extensive menu of vegetarian dishes that are so flavorful and well-prepared that even meat-eaters would enjoy them. It is widely considered one of the best spots for tasty, meat-free dining in the area.
Good selection of food and drink, mainly local options. The environment is spacious, clean, comfortable, and with different seating sections to enjoy your food. Payment is via the standard prepaid card format like most other food courts in Bangkok.

Tips for Visiting Restaurants & Food
Learn the Spice Scale
Say 'mai pet' for no spice, 'pet nit noi' for a little spice, or 'pet mak' if you want it Thai-hot. Most cooks will default to a toned-down version for foreigners unless you specify otherwise.
Follow the Crowds
The busiest street stalls are almost always the best — high turnover means fresh ingredients and a recipe that locals vouch for. An empty restaurant at dinner time is a red flag.
Ice Is Safe
Factory-made tube or cylinder ice (used in virtually all restaurants and stalls) is made from purified water and is safe to consume. You don't need to skip the iced Thai tea.
