Premium Outlet Cha-Am
Located along Phet Kasem Road between Hua Hin and Cha-Am, Premium Outlet Cha-Am is an open-air shopping centre carrying a mix of international and local brand-name clothing, footwear, and accessories. Recognisable names such as Adidas, Lacoste, and Under Armour sit alongside smaller Thai and regional brands, with promotional pricing available across many stores. The centre also features a food court, making it a reasonable stop for a few hours of browsing combined with a casual meal. Expectations are worth managing before visiting. Shoppers will find a wide variety of brands represented, though the depth of stock within each store can be limited — meaning sizes and styles may not always be fully available. Some units in the mall sit empty, and the overall atmosphere is relaxed and uncrowded, which suits those who prefer a quieter shopping experience. The parking area is notably large, making it convenient for those arriving by car or private transport. A practical note for visitors: the mall is open every day from 10:00 to 19:00, so there is no need to adjust plans around closures. However, getting back to Hua Hin or Cha-Am town without a private vehicle can be difficult, as ride-hailing services are not reliably available from this location. Visitors relying on taxis or hotel transfers are advised to arrange their return journey before arriving rather than attempting to book one on the spot.

Visitor Reviews
All brands are there for clothes & shoes, and with a lot of promotions. Big parking. Great shop for children.
The collections are wide but not deep. Better go for Siam Premium near Suvarnabhum if you need both wide and deep collections. The parking is huge, good spot for a quick shopping. Food court is relatively small.
I don’t know why the reviews are so bad here, I live in Bangkok and occasionally travel to this outlet. It has many small brand brands and a couple of big name brands (adidas, Lacoste, under armour, converse , vans) Prices are much cheaper than will you find in the same branded stores in Bangkok city. I arrived at 10:30 am on a weekday and it was like a ghost town. There was no one around which was great because I was the only one in most of the stores there you are It’s worth a visit.

Tips for Visiting Markets & Shopping
Haggle at Markets, Not Malls
Prices at market stalls are negotiable — start at 50–60% of the asking price and meet in the middle. Fixed-price shops and malls don't haggle. Smile and keep it friendly; aggressive bargaining is considered rude.
Arrive Early or Late
Vendors believe the first sale of the day is lucky — you'll often get a better deal if you arrive right when the market opens. Late in the evening, sellers may also discount to avoid packing unsold goods.
Be Cautious with Tailors
Bangkok has excellent tailors, but also many tourist traps. Avoid anyone offering suspiciously cheap suits or who approaches you on the street. Ask your hotel for recommendations, read reviews, and always get two fittings.
