PAÑPURI Wellness
Occupying the 12th floor of Gaysorn Urban Resort on Thanon Ratchadamri, this premium wellness centre offers a genuine escape from Bangkok's street-level energy. The minimalist design and moody, considered interiors create an atmosphere of calm from the moment guests arrive, with visitors consistently noting the immediate sense of tranquillity the space provides. As a dedicated wellness destination rather than a hotel spa, it draws both travellers and Bangkok residents seeking purposeful relaxation. Treatments range from 90-minute massages to multi-hour programmes such as the "Restful Sleep" course, which incorporates elements like ice baths and onsen experiences. The Holistic Rebalancing Massage with Thai Herbal Compress is a popular choice among first-time visitors. The intake process is attentive — guests are guided through a health questionnaire and given choices around treatment details such as massage oil scents, reflecting a personalised rather than assembly-line approach. Staff are widely noted for their warmth and professionalism. Good to know: Longer programmes such as the 170-minute Restful Sleep course require meaningful time in your itinerary, so avoid scheduling this between back-to-back commitments. The Ratchadamri location places the centre within walking distance of BTS Chit Lom and adjacent to major shopping complexes, making it straightforward to combine with a broader day in central Bangkok. Booking in advance is advisable, particularly during peak travel periods, as appointment slots fill quickly given the centre's popularity.

Visitor Reviews
Had an amazing 90min Holistic Rebalancing Massage with Thai Herbal Compress there during my trip. Upon arrival the staff walked you through a health questionnaire and the various massage oil scents. Once that’s completed, my massage therapist Fon took me to the massage suite and which is equipped with shower, wash basin, wardrobe for your personal items. The massage was exactly what needed after my long travels and jet lag, I chose the “Indochine” massage oil which had lemon grass in it and it was incredibly relaxing. During the massage Fon was communicative and making sure that the massage was just the right strength. It was so relaxing I definitely fell asleep during parts of it! Once the massage is completed they serve hot tea and fresh fruits at the lobby area. There’s also an area where you can purchase Panpuri products, my only complaint about the whole experience was the majority of the products/scents I wanted were out of stock, which was a real pity! Overall great first experience at Panpuri, I’d definitely go back to pamper myself next time I’m in BKK!
I had an amazing experience at Panpuri Wellness. The massage was excellent, and the service from the very beginning was truly outstanding. All the staff were incredibly warm, professional, and welcoming. Even though I came alone, my partner who waited for me was also well taken care of and offered a drink, which I really appreciated. The place is extremely clean, calm, and beautifully maintained. During the treatment, the therapist explained each step clearly and consistently checked in to make sure the pressure and treatment were exactly what I needed. After the session, I was served fresh fruit and tea, which made the experience feel even more special and well worth the price. I also loved the amenities provided that I could take home. As a Panpuri fan, this was truly a perfect experience from the first moment to the last—there was nothing to fault at all. I will definitely come back again and highly recommend this place to my international friends. Therapist: P’Nita 💆♀️✨
If you’re looking for time to unwind and truly relax, I highly recommend experiencing a spa session at Panpuri Wellness. I chose the 170-minute “Restful Sleep” course, which includes an ice bath, onsen, body massage, and facial treatment — a complete and deeply rejuvenating experience. A special thank you to Jam for the warm and attentive welcome — the service from the moment I arrived was impeccable and made the whole experience even more enjoyable. For those who prefer a firmer, stronger massage, I highly recommend Rose as your therapist. She is excellent and incredibly skilled — one of the best massages I’ve had.
Tips for Visiting Activities & Tours
Vet Elephant Sanctuaries
Only visit sanctuaries that prohibit riding, use no chains or bullhooks, and let elephants roam freely. Elephant Nature Park in Chiang Mai set the standard. If a place offers painting shows or circus tricks, walk away.
Book Through Klook or GetYourGuide
These platforms offer instant confirmation, free cancellation on most activities, and prices that are often lower than walk-up rates. Compare with local agencies for multi-day trips where negotiation might save more.
Do Outdoor Activities in the Morning
Heat and humidity peak from noon to 3 PM. Schedule jungle treks, cycling tours, and outdoor cooking classes for early morning. Water activities are more flexible since you're in and out of the sea.
