Visitor Reviews
The Central World Skywalk is a fantastic addition to Bangkok's urban landscape. Connecting major shopping malls like CentralWorld and Gaysorn, it provides a reliable and safe alternative to walking on the busy streets below. This elevated walkway is a significant step in the modernization of Bangkok, ensuring pedestrian safety and convenience. It’s free to use and offers great photo opportunities of the bustling city below. I strongly recommend people to use the Skywalk more often for a secure and enjoyable walking experience. Five stars!
love how they provide bridge to connect big malls in Thailand. You can reach Central World from Siam Paragon by finding Prada store then go outside. Go straight until you find Chit Lom station then go straight until you find Groove section then you finally reach Central World less than 10 minutes of walking 😍🫶🏻
Skywalk, since opened and connected #Platinum shopping mall #Centarl World, #Market shopping mall, #Big C, and #Gaysorn Village Tower by the bridge, used by so many people walk across the long skywalk bridge every day.
Tips for Visiting Activities & Tours
Vet Elephant Sanctuaries
Only visit sanctuaries that prohibit riding, use no chains or bullhooks, and let elephants roam freely. Elephant Nature Park in Chiang Mai set the standard. If a place offers painting shows or circus tricks, walk away.
Book Through Klook or GetYourGuide
These platforms offer instant confirmation, free cancellation on most activities, and prices that are often lower than walk-up rates. Compare with local agencies for multi-day trips where negotiation might save more.
Do Outdoor Activities in the Morning
Heat and humidity peak from noon to 3 PM. Schedule jungle treks, cycling tours, and outdoor cooking classes for early morning. Water activities are more flexible since you're in and out of the sea.
