Lighting Art Museum&Balloon Garden
Located in Si Racha near Pattaya, this creative attraction pairs a Lighting Art Museum with a Balloon Garden to deliver a visually striking experience rooted in Thai cultural themes. Rather than a conventional museum, visitors move through a maze of themed rooms featuring LED light installations inspired by celebrations such as Loy Krathong and the Yi Peng lantern festival, alongside displays drawing on traditional Thai temple aesthetics. The scale is considerable, and the variety of photo opportunities keeps visitors engaged throughout. Inside, an air-conditioned section provides welcome relief from the heat, while outdoor zones extend the experience further. Traditional Thai costumes are available to rent on-site, adding an interactive element for those wanting to immerse themselves more fully in the themed settings. A cafe and small store are also located on the grounds, making it easy to extend a visit without needing to leave. Good to know: The attraction opens daily from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. For the outdoor sections, bringing a hat and umbrella is advisable, particularly during warmer months. Entry pricing differs for Thai nationals and foreign visitors, so checking the current rates in advance is worthwhile. The exterior appearance is understated and may not reflect the quality of what is inside, so first impressions should not discourage entry. As the venue sits in Si Racha rather than central Pattaya, arranging private transport or a ride-hailing service beforehand is recommended. Check their Facebook page for seasonal updates or special events before visiting.

Beautiful art made from led lights. There are Thai clothes that you can rent. Tickets for Thai ppl 200 B, for foreigners 350 B. Behind the Light museum is a beautiful cafe with a store with Beauty products and many Hot Air Balloons outside. They gave a ticket for a free drink in this cafe in the Light museum.
This was a nice experience! It was a feast for the eyes! Plenty of photo-ops and sights to see. Place is a maze. Enormous. With several different themed rooms that play with light and art. We were welcomed by a traditional dance by Thai dancers. Explored and walked around right after. The Lighting Art Museum are all air-conditioned spaces. The Balloon Garden is an open area. There is a vast lily garden beside it. You can spot some food stalls located in the middle of the balloon garden. Comfort rooms near the exit and parking area.

Dress Modestly
Cover shoulders and knees at all temples. Carry a light scarf or sarong — some temples lend wraps, but not all. Shoes come off before entering any building with a Buddha image.
Mind Your Feet
Never point your feet at a Buddha image or a monk — it's considered deeply disrespectful. When sitting inside a temple, tuck your feet behind you or to the side.
Ask Before Photographing
Exterior photos are almost always fine, but some interior halls prohibit photography. Look for signs, and never pose irreverently with Buddha images — it's a legal offense in Thailand.
