Museo Auto Classica

4.9(253 reviews)

Tucked away on the second floor of Bluport shopping mall, this automotive museum brings together an impressive collection of classic and vintage cars in a bright, well-presented indoor setting. Despite its relatively low profile, the calibre of the collection rivals what you might expect from a dedicated museum in a major city, with vehicles displayed in pristine condition alongside photo opportunities and informative context. It appeals equally to serious car enthusiasts and curious travellers looking for something a little different in Hua Hin. The atmosphere is clean, spacious, and unhurried, with air conditioning making it a genuinely comfortable place to spend time. Cars span a range of eras and styles, and the attention to detail in how they are displayed — free of wear, well-lit, and easy to view up close — adds to the overall quality of the experience. The blend of automotive history and visual design also gives it an art museum quality that goes beyond a simple vehicle showcase. Good to know: According to visitor reviews, the museum is open daily from 11:00am to 8:00pm. Its location within Bluport means it pairs easily with lunch, shopping, or other mall activities. This is a particularly practical option on rainy days or during the hottest part of the afternoon. No special attire is required, and the indoor setting means the experience is comfortable at any time of day.

Visitor Reviews

The Museo Auto Classica show is located at BluPort on the second floor (next to the escalator front of the building). It is opened daily from 11:00am - 8:00pm. We thoroughly enjoyed the vast display of cars from Ferrari, Mercedez, Mazda, BMW, Bentley, Rolls Royce, Aston Martin and Porsche. It was interesting to see the changes and innovations of cars through the years on displayed. You are allowed to take photos but no touching. There is also an art exhibition included in the same show. We highly recommend to those who love cars!

A definite highlight for any car enthusiast or a great rainy day activity for adults. This museum is very well done and of a caliber that you would expect to see in a city like Bangkok. This was definitely one of the best activities in Hua Hin! The cars are well arranged and offer brief, easy to read info about each car. Do not miss this attraction! The cafe in the lobby is also a gem-the coffee and tea are delicious and the atmosphere is delightful.

Pretty good experience for car lovers to be honest It doesn't get much attention like it should have, literally the whole thing looks new no scratches or anything bad at all

Tips for Visiting Temples & Culture

Dress Modestly

Cover shoulders and knees at all temples. Carry a light scarf or sarong — some temples lend wraps, but not all. Shoes come off before entering any building with a Buddha image.

Mind Your Feet

Never point your feet at a Buddha image or a monk — it's considered deeply disrespectful. When sitting inside a temple, tuck your feet behind you or to the side.

Ask Before Photographing

Exterior photos are almost always fine, but some interior halls prohibit photography. Look for signs, and never pose irreverently with Buddha images — it's a legal offense in Thailand.
